THE ABILIUMS

Spacious and comfortable house with 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, one in the garden, 2 terraces, one on the upper floor, ideal for sunbathing and another on the ground floor. Three of the rooms have a double bed, one of them also has a single bed and dressing room and another has its own bathroom, there is a room with two beds and the other two are single with one of them own bathroom. In total there are eight beds plus an extra bed.
It has two living rooms one of them with access to the garden. The interior kitchen is fully equipped, the outdoor kitchen, the porch with eating area and the barbecue are very attractive areas because they allow you to spend a lot of time in the garden and enjoy pleasant evenings by the pool
THERE IS WIFI, parking for cars and shower in the garden.
The neighborhood has all kinds of services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and very well connected to the center of the city.

We had a great stay at this property in Palma and highly recommend it. The house is bright and comfortable, with several spacious bedrooms and a fantastic terrace that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings and morning.The kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked with everything you could need.Getting into the centre of Palma is really straightforward, as both the bus stops and metro stations are just a short walk away. Teresa was an excellent host—very communicative, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We would certainly stay here again!
