Well, this isn’t normally like me but I can’t think of anything I’d like to moan about. However, I feel I have to, sorry Sol Wave. MMmmm, still thinking. The Bali beds are over priced, no no, they’re not. You get a lovely exclusive area for a whole day and bed service plus drinks for €45, it’s €25 for 4 beds on the beach. I’m not getting the hang of this complaining Stuff. We are still here, Room 443, what a view. The WiFi is so strong I’m writing this from my sun bed on the beach. Staff, lovely and welcoming. Cocktails priced well and strong. Breakfast great value and all fresh. 30 second walk to a stunning beach.Rooms spotless every day. The view was to die for. I can’t comment on normal rooms as we had a suite but having a spare bedroom For the kids was amazing. My only comment would be that if you want a hotel feel then this isn’t for you, it’s more like your own apartment. In fact some of them are owner occupied. We did go in the quiet season but I can’t see why there would be a sunbed Issue. I’ve seen people moaning about paying for the VIP area sun beds. Does this not happen in every walk of life, did you upgrade your extra leg room on the flight? Do you upgrade your seats at the cinema, ever done VIP in a night club or Bar? This is no different, a small area you can ‘choose’ to use or not. We didn’t have food here other than buffet breakfast, loads and loads around the hotel at good prices. It’s a 4 minute Walk to palma nova, lots of lovely beach front places to eat. Considering booking? Do it, you won’t be upset, is it 5 star palatial, no, but it’s got everything you need. Thanks Sol Wave and staff. Would I return....mmmmm..... yes 10000% and we will at some point. Now to relax we’re not home until Monday.

Go check it out for yourself and I best that you'll be back year after year like I am. It's my home from home and I so look forward to visiting again next may. The rooms are spotless and the reception staff are so obliging. Love it

Just spent a very nice 4 nights at this hotel with a group of 8 friends. The rooms were nice, we were down the side with not a good view from the balcony, although we didn't need them as the outside spaces are so nice. Fantastic location for the beach and the lovely beach side restaurants, and we did the boat trips, go karting, jet skis all a very short walk away. The wave machine in the hotel was great fun and even us middle aged oldies had a go and had a blast. We did the ' strip' but you could have a lovely week and not to anywhere near it if it is not your thing. I just got back from Tenerife and the Algarve and Magaluf beach is one of the best I've been to. Last weekend in Sept it was fairly quiet so I'm not sure what it's like in the height of summer? We are already planning a return visit but if you want peace and quiet book the room carefully, I would suggest?

We have stayed several times and are never disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day.The sea and pool view rooms are of a great size and what a view and the addition of a kettle is another improvement! Perfectly located for the beach and restaurants which still offer great value. There is a lot of upgrading of hotels in the area which is great but prices are changing accordingly so I hope this is being watched by Melia to not put the hotels out of range as we love staying with you and hope to stay next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms cleaned every day, fantastic ambiance in the hotel and the buffet breakfast and dinner were very high quality. The dinner had enough different options each night to ensure it didn't become boring. Would definitely recommend. Despite being in Magaluf, quite close to the strip, the rooms were very quiet at night

This is the best hotel, with a beautiful view of the beach, friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast is outstanding. This hotel is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars. I would strongly recommend this hotel for a perfect holiday with your family or friends**.

lovely hotel with great views and pool area.the rooms are a good size staff very pleasant breakfast was good but you have to go over road for evening meal and wasn't made welcome at all.only real downside very noisy outside the hotel right through the night.

Didn't like our stay here. Need to renew hotel overall (furniture, system of sunbeds, beds, mattrasses etc). Elevators are awful, like in some cheap dormitory. We had House Junior Suite with sea view. If it was a suite, I don't want to see ordinary rooms. Our rooms was not perfect at all for such value of money.

I can't understand why the managers of this hotel still keep this girl with all of this kind of problems and mistakes And the room service was very poor The location or the hotel is good The food at the piano bar not that's good

Arrived mid week to fully booked hotel. Original room allocated overlooked the bars of the strip & small for 4 of us to share. Went back to reception & with the help of Ines she relocated us to s better bigger room with views of the beach & pool. All the team are very friendly & place has a great atmosphere & comfortable rooms Definitely will revisit thank you
