Very child friendly Hotel & Resort! Kids can go swimming, play golf, 4D cinema, upside down house.......... love the kids club which you can leave you children for 2 hours and have some peaceful time just you and your partner, mini disco every night. Food and drink was ok, only reason I give 4star is because the reception take sooooo long to get things done like checking in, get new risk band........ all in all we had great time here!
Just back from this hotel and although this is not a bad review, there are issues. We booked this hotel thinking it would be a good idea if the weather was not so good being early in the season. The park looked great and would keep the kids entertained if the pool was to cold. The park was not as big as we thought and was able to get around in a morning. Things like the golf and some of the cinemas you pay extra for. On arrival, we were checked in by Alexandra who was lovely and very helpful. We were prepared for the small rooms as I had read on here that the rooms were small. However, when we got to the room it really wasn’t set up for a family of 4! They are twin/double rooms is size with an added double sofa bed for another 2 people crammed in. It is literally wall to wall. The biggest issue for us was having no balcony. We had no idea that the room would have no balcony (I did look back and read the description and it did say some rooms would not have a balcony) it’s like they took the smallest rooms with no outside space and give them to the guests with the most amount of people staying in them. Basically there are hundreds of rooms here 90% have a balcony, the 10 % that don’t are family rooms. Ridiculous considering this is a family hotel. Really put a dampener on the stay as there was no where to go once we put the children to bed. We literally had to just all go to bed in order for the kids to settle. We did go and ask if we could get a room with a balcony but this would have cost 260 Euro for 4 nights due to having to upgrade to a superior room. The “superior” rooms really should be standard family rooms as they are the size of a normal hotel room in other hotels. All in all this is a nice hotel and had no other issues. We also upgraded to all inclusive at a cost of 30 euro per adult per day and 15 Euro per child per day. We found it was quite expensive for drinks and the kids liked the kids club so it was easier to stay in the hotel than go out and eat.
Visited here at the start of the season and is guess it's probably the best time to come. We came here for a family get away and got the feeling the season got busier the less of a family destination it would be. Roudy guests within and out of the hotel meant you were kept awake through the night. Family rooms were a bit small, no room to move or put your bags. Apart from the fresh cooking stations, food was always luke warm maybe the staff were being trained up.
I went on a day trip to Katmandu with my partner. We were extremely impressed by the mini golf and the large climbing frame. Would definitely recommend these attractions, especially the climbing if you don't have young kids.
I visited here with my friend and my 5 year old last July and we all absolutely loved it, so much so that we’ve booked to return in July again this year! You cant ask for any more from a family hotel. The theme park is fabulous but even without that, the kids entertainment team were brilliant anyway! The highlight of our trip was a night when they put up inflatable slides outside and let the kids go wild on the wet slides. All the kids loved it and the kids team are clearly big kids at heart too and my daughter got a real soft spot for Edu who was great with her. The room was quite small but very clean and suited our needs. We stayed half board and were thrilled with the food, lots of fresh, healthy options and lots of variety. We paid approx 12 Euro for a big plastic slush cup at the start of the week and then my daughter could get unlimited slush from the outside bars which I thought was good value. We’ve booked to stay all inclusive this time though as couldn’t fault the food. In terms of location, there is no need to worry about this been ‘magaluf’ as we didn’t hear/see that side of Majorca at all. It’s a short stroll to a beautiful beach and I noticed quite a few luxury hotels have opened at this end of Magaluf. I’ve recommended this hotel to all my friends and can’t wait to visit again
We loved this holiday so much we are going back again this year, the rooms are modern and clean, the food was varied and plentiful, so were the drinks. Kids entertainment was spot on, we spent most of our time in the waterpark and kids play area was so nice for our son to be able to go off and play whist we sat and had a pint! We didnt see much of the night entertainment as we were worn out come evening.
Really loved it here. I went with my son and nephew, there was always something for them to do. They loved the splash park, pool and other attractions like the 4d cinemas and activities inside the upside down house. We also had a go of mini golf and my Nephew had a go of the climbing thing which he enjoyed. One evening there was a slip and slide brought in which was a nice surprise and they loved it. The entertainment staff are fantastic especially a short woman with bleached blonde hair (not sure of her name). They kids disco is good fun also and kept mine entertained. There isn’t that much seating in the bar though so unless you get there early there’s nowhere to sit. The pool area is also not that big for the size of the hotel so you need to get a lounger at a decent time. Only a short walk to the beach although I’d avoid the busiest middle part of the beach as I found all sorts of things buried in the sand from party goers the night before (yuk). Overall had a fab time and looking to book again for this year!
I stayed here in September with my 2.5 year old daughter. The reception staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. Theme park was great all though we could not do much as she was to little. The overhead cables looked amazing. The week we stopped is was a stars wars convention which added character. The food was not to my taste but others loved it. The bar staff at the pool could do with learning from the reception staff about customer service. I will Defo be returning when we can do all the theme park when my daughter older. Marineland was very poor and very expensive I would avoid that trip
Nice decoration and great housekeeping service. We asked for extra towels on most days and we received them in our room within minutes. The rooms are very good and the beds are comfortable and it has a good kids club. This is one of the better hotels in Magaluf.
We were really apprehensive after reading the reviews but after visiting i have no idea how anyone could have something negative to say about this hotel. We stayed there for a week in October; it was our first family holiday in six years and it was brilliant! The hotel and all of its staff were amazing. I need to tell you especially about Sandra who was in the restaurant every night that week. She was really the best thing that could have happened to us. My son is an extremely fussy eater and would hardly eat anything except bread. Sandra went out of her way to make friends with my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We all absolutely adored her! Every night she would do something so kind and make my son feel special and would encourage him to eat and try new things. She truly went above and beyond her normal job duties. By the end of the week, my boy wanted to eat, just to show Sandra and she would make him feel so proud. She is one of the main reasons why this holiday will remain memorable for us. The hotel is child and family friendly. We would recommend!
