Really really nice hotel , very good apartments nice pool and a couple of slides child entertainers are great and very friendly I’ll definitely be going back to Santa ponsa and the same hotel, overall s beautiful place to visit and stay .
Right, I chose this hotel as it was the cheapest for my holiday on Jet2, personally wouldn’t book again only for the reason it was loud (and full of kids) would be perfect for families plenty entertainment and evening shows we walked past as we left to explore, we did play table tennis though which we found fun, I noticed there is a female (I think she’s Spanish) who was playing hide and seek and other games with the children during the day, the room was okay, had the usual facilities; kettle, Cooker etc. Has a television that has children’s tv channels as well as BBC and other channels. The only thing I would complain about is the fact there’s a random door that connects the room to the next one so you can hear everything from the next room along. I was woke up early one morning to a banging noise on the wall(I’ll leave that to your imagination).
We arrived here at 2am on the second day of the hotel being opened for the new season, check in was quick and easy, which was good given the time we arrived, room was bit with plenty of storage space, bathroom was very big with a huge shower. The kitchen was fully equipped so we didn't need to bring our travel kettle. The hotel itself is nice and clean with a very fresh feel to it, we didn't eat at the hotel as we were on a room only basis. The pool was FREEZING, that didn't stop kids going in it, we went out in the evening but one evening we returned early as it was chilly and caught the end of some entertainment, it was sooooo bad it was funny, I mean really bad. This time or year you definitely need a cardigan or jacket for the evening summer thou no jacket required. All in all We would return to this hotel as it's location is perfect.
Booked this as self catering break for 5 days. Was great value and others who booked all inclusive said food was ok and plenty drinks to choose from. The pool area was always clean and well kept with lifeguard on till 5 pm. Bar was well stocked and the lager was 4euros and red n white wine 2 euros and were fine. Never ate there but would be usual all inclusive fare. Room was in third floor and was clean tidy with two single beds and sofa that provides another two singles which would have not left a lot of space. Bathroom with shower and kitchen with all you needed except an oven. Entertainment for kids and evening shows that were so bad were funny. Looks like it would be jumping in the summer months though.
Stayed at this hotel last April and loved it! The location of the hotel is great. Its not far from restaurants/bars and the beach is only a 5min walk away. Rooms are a good size and kept clean. My partner and I were celebrating an anniversary when we stayed and were gifted a fruit hamper and champagne which was a lovely touch from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay that much we are returing this year and bring my son with us. We knew for the minute we got there that he would love it. The pool area is great for kids. The main pool has a water slide and it also has a smaller kids pool. We were self catering when we stayed so can't comment on the food. Looking forward to staying again in July!
Great hotel great location not too far but far away enough from the noise if you don’t want too much hustle and bustle - this was a great place for families very clean and very friendly staff great food
Stayed here a few times over the years, lovely friendly staff, very clean rooms, great food, chefs friendly, staff great, intertainment great. Carlos fantastic. waiting staff lovely, reception staff lovely. we had a great stay.
Had a lovely trip to Majorca whilst staying at this hotel . Literally 5 minute walk to the beach / shops . Fully inclusive food & drinks were great value with plenty of variety every day. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfy beds - although the walls are paper thin so noisy neighbours can easily be heard . For a cheap 3 star hotel you can't really go wrong . A great place to use as a base for our holiday .
We went for a short stay before the children went back to school the hotel was a nice hotel not sure about the food as we were self catering. The rooms were lovely the only downfall was the hill upto the rooms were very steep really hard to push a pram up and 22kg of luggage with no help. The check in was really late in the afternoon which waa rather annoying. The pool was very child friendly the staff was all lovely and welcoming would go back and recommend.
We've just come back from a lovely relaxing week's all inclusive here. The rooms are a good size, with plenty of storage. The cleaners are friendly and happy. Bathrooms are a good size, but can flood from shower as they only have a shower curtain and the shower basin isn't very deep. The food area in the restaurant isn't massive and can seem a bit hectic at times. The food was ok, nothing special, but desserts are great!! Because the restaurant is so small the bread area is outside, it all feels a bit disjointed. As it was the end of the season we had no problem getting a table. Someone has already mentioned you can hear other rooms, unfortunately our last 2 nights we could hear a crying baby/toddler for a good chunk of the night, so I was glad to come home for a decent nights sleep. There was a hen do in the hotel for our first few nights who were absolutely no bother whatsoever. Overall we had a lovely week, it's a nice small hotel but I'm not sure I'd want to go in peak season. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool area can be tricky as some areas are in the shade for most of the day, and can imagine it being manic at peak season.
