I was very disappointed with my Junior Suite at this hotel, which was nothing more than a reasonably spacious twin room with an extra bed. We were three guests, and there were 2 bath towels supplied. There is a coffee machine in the room but not even 1 coffee capsule to start you off. There was a small bottle of water, but nothing to open it with. No blankets in the room but supplied when asked at reception. WiFi didn’t work properly on the 4th floor. Staff very friendly and helpful, but the overall experience did not live up to my expectations.
Ok so this hotel is in a good location. Our room was on the outside overlooking residents apartments which was fine and had sun in afternoon. Room was fine. Beds very hard and make sure you ask for extra pillows ! Public areas are well maintained and clean. Food - Not at all 4 star breakfast busy and caters for Germans. Evening meals are awful everything was over salted and the choice for children was non existent! We could manage for 4 days but no longer! Staff are very friendly I'm unsure if I would go back . Ps very windy rake a warm jacket !
We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is lovely clean and modern. Our room was on the 1st floor we had a small fore court but with no sunshine and a brick wall. Our evening meal was poor not much choice and the carrot cake was still frozen in the middle. The next day meals were much better and still not much choice but we found something to eat. One morning we went down at 745 the beans were cold had to tell the waiter. Can Pastilla is more in my opinion catering for Germans. There wasn't much to do only go for a walk. I know were were at the beginning of the season but lots of restaurants were closed . I wouldn't go back to can Pastilla but that is my opinion.
Booked for August 2017, myself and 7 month pregnant wife for a short relaxing break. We have been to can Pastilla before and liked this area as clean and quiet. The hotel is a little expensive, so make sure you 100% get a sea view, otherwise you will feel let down. I booked b+b but not all inclusive which suited us, but the breakfast buffet was very good. I found that particular area of the hotel very warm, so dress appropriately. All in all, nice staff, nice clean rooms and with the sea view to waken up to a really nice over all holiday..I would go back no hesitation...
Ok after reading the reviews, you’ve guessed what’s coming regarding the view from rooms, but when you ask for a move to a room with a better view and your willing to pay for it, What do you get,BAD customer care both from the receptionist and the duty manager This is WRONG in any language Please look after your guest a lot better, exspecially when ther are on holiday and paid a lot off money to be there in your hotel as guests,k.
stayed at the Nautic whilst running the Palm half marathon...found the hotel very clean and tidy, we had a suite which was a nice size and again very clean and tidy. nice views from the roof pool area towards the beach. we stayed on half board and found the breakfast and evening meal which was a buffet very nice . Pepe was very friendly in the dining room as was all the staff in the hotel. personally I would stay here again.
The hotel is almost in the middle of the 'strip' of beach and restaurants and bars which gives you a great starting point for your day. Our room was spacious and the bathroom clean and modern. Our balcony was really big too but we did look onto locals apartments so it could be a little noisy in early morning. The rooftop terrace is the gem of this hotel - the views were stunning. Not a huge amount of loungers and the pool is small but definitely worth sitting up there with a drink in late afternoon. Would definitely book again!
Terrible way of handling the problem by the reception lady boss. They care only about profit. I received an upgrade at extra cost after a few hours after involving travel agencies. Never go here. Although it is a beautiful area and the staff from restaurant were great, all rest was terrible.
Nice clean hotell and a nice location. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, didnt try any other food. There is a nice pool and spa inside and a very cold pool at the roof. We look forward to the next visit!
Booked a junior suite for anniversary. Found on checking in had no view at all and we're looking into hotel courtyard overlooked by several other rooms. This was compounded by no privacy curtains which meant to let in any natural light other guests could see right int our room. Told by reception no junior suites had a view and we could not be moved as hotel full. Room description said we would have a terrace which was a French style balcony which you couldn't put a chair on. Coffee facilities in room which had to be paid for as used. Rented beach towels as we normally do everywhere else. €20 deposit which was fine but then told it was €2 per towel to change for clean ones! Have never had to pay this in any other hotel. Room safe available to rent. Air con very effective. Breakfast was pretty basic with same food every day. Staff were friendly especially the maids. Place is tidy and rooms cleaned to high standard every day good location and beach only 2 minute walk. Very good restaurants nearby especially Rumbo Fijo further up same street. Would suggest booking a sea view - but of course this attracts a premium price.
