We liked very much our stay at the hotel but I'd like to give a special thanks to the staff and in particular to Radka for her grand hospitality. It made our already great holiday a lot more special. Will book again soon!
Overall very nice hotel but we had connecting room option so you hear everything from next door which is very annoying. First day breakfast was very good including fresh orange juice but end of the week there was only some too healty staff for me. Sauna area was also quite nice suprice.
One of the best family hotels, that was renovated I think last year. Very good work of staff and children activities was organised on high level. We have nice family room, big enought, but unfortunatly the modern attention and details and quality of furnutres at low level seems to be not realy sustanable. Otherwise hotel for family beach holidays is very good and highly recommended. Also you should not expect good inside pool and sauna area (it's not a suana, just a joke) that might be better and hotter specialy if you go close to the end of season and can expect bad weather, but it's typical for Spain beach hotels.
I have stayed here a number of times as part of a cycling training camp. This time I visited for cycling and to spend time with my wife over the Easter break. We were not disappointed at all. The food and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazing and helped when needed apart from a single occasion. The single occasion was when my wife asked about late check out which was part of our booking and was on the confirmation. She was told that nothing had been arranged and we could not not have late checkout as the room was booked and we needed to check out at 12pm. When I returned from cycling, I visited reception and explained what the booking confirmation stated about late checkout. The person I spoke to sorted this issue straight away and extended our check out time without any problem. Would we come back? Yes yes and yes. It's in a lovely location with lovely views from the beach. Thank you again everyone at Iberostar.
It is probably the best hotel we have stayed in where the staff was clued up about our special dietary needs. The breakfast buffet has a gluten free section! A special thank to the personal service from Georgina, Radka and the kitchen chefs. The management of housekeeping was also very impressive, we even had a follow up called after my son's bed was remade after being sick in the night. A slight disappointing start with the initial check in service, which was rather abrupt and impersonal. Never before did we have to pay to use the safe in the room, Euro 20 for the week apparently for insurance purposes. Our family room with the kitchenette lacked a kettle and utensils for it to function as a kitchen, but Simono at reception was very responsive and got us sorted out very quickly, even though the pot we were given didn't work on the high tech induction stove, but we didn't mind as the food in the hotel was good. We only found out from calling the hotel that the tennis courts were closed until June as they have hired it out to the cycling shop, which was also a disappointment and should be made clearer on the website.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean throughout. Food brilliant. Rooms spotless. Staff marvellous with lovely little treats left in your room like free bottles of eater and sweets. Free towels for poolside. Great WiFi and all free. Would definitely come again.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for a great racebike week on Mallorca. Here you are having all the convenience you need for your stay and support you need around your bike. Hotel service is great especially at the reception. If you like to have already a good start into your week look out for Marga at the reception. She is delivering a fabulous service and will make it a great stay for you to remember. Therefore check out this hotel for your next trip to Mallorca. For me this is already my 10th stay. Just got back from 3 nights here, so time to tell you what we thought. The hotel was very well presented with all staff welcoming and polite. Check in was easy but finding our room (2309) took a while as you really need a map because the numbering is a bit odd. The room itself was very clean and a nice size and we did indeed have a pool (and sea) view. The double bed I'd booked was in fact 2 singles, but not a great problem. Good size wardrobe but very little drawer space. Beds were fine. Now, unfortunately, we now hit a rather interesting problem: the 'bathroom' area. Although there is a wall between the beds and it, there's NO DOOR to close it off. The shower and toilet had glass doors and although it was supposedly non-see through, you could see and hear (I'm afraid) quite a lot of what was going on in both of the cubicles!! The toilet space was tiny and I am not kidding!! Now I am only short but my knees were almost against the door and, if you had any mobility problems at all, getting in and out would be a major problem and that is exacerbated by the handles: yes, they look really modern but they are the devil to get hold of to open both shower and toilet doors if your hands are not very good at gripping things, or if they are even the slightest bit wet! The decor is all very nice and looks quite new, but those handles are a real problem. The bar area was very nice and service was very good. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice (almost too much!) and the dinner buffet had even more choices - you could put on a lot of weight here! The dining area looked new and the staff were very polite. The general areas were clean but the floor, although nice and shiny had the potential to be a problem as it was a bit slippery underfoot. Now I have to come to my biggest bug-bear: the indoor pool area, especially the so-called 'hot tub/jacuzzi. We had been out for the day and I was looking forward to a soak in the jacuzzi but this was not to be. It was quite big and the controls for the bubbles were in 4 different spots under the water - one in each corner - but each 2 only controlled half of the tub, plus the bubbles didn't run for more than around 3 minutes each time! Okay, not really a problem but it was NOT HOT!! It was almost cold! Now, 'hot tub' suggests it shouldn't be boiling but hot enough to equate with what most people would expect when using one of these...it was a great disappointment. I am aware that I do sound fussy, but I am not: it's the little things that matter when we go away. The bathroom issue is a real problem: my husband and I have been together a long time, but even we found it awkward! Bathroom time should be private! There was a lot of "just as well we know each other well, etc" and we came to the conclusion that if you were a couple going away together for the first time, it would be an entirely different matter and, frankly, quite a strain on a new relationship!! I think that whilst the bathroom all looks new it seems that no one thought about the whole privacy part of all this and to 'road-test' the glass doors before they were all fitted: it is a bit difficult to stand out on the balcony in the interest of privacy in the middle of the night in a raging gale!!! Apart from all that, it was nice: would recommend on the whole, but would suggest earplugs being packed!!
