The room was well equipped, clean and stylish. I had a great view of the outdoor pool and harbour below as well. The staff were very welcoming and helped with any queries we had. Breakfast is absolutely delicious too and I would highly recommend a stay here.
Architecture and financial map places a good reason on the landmark:: In may 2000 reflected it was an interesting business trip submitted on mac force:: I like the view of public on the recommendations on futures for the landmark::
Perfect located hotel facing the harbour and only a short walk away from the Cathedral and the centre of Palma. Nice, clean and airy hotel. Great breakfast You shouldn´t miss. Comfortable sunbeds and a nice pool, a shower close.
Hotel within walking distance of cathedral and town centre. Very pleasant hotel and breakfast amazing. Bus to beach €1.50. Swimming pool pleasant but sun goes from pool late afternoon. Nice hotel to stay at for a city break but also able to go to the beach.
We stayed with a large group on a golf trip, the hotel is right on the sea front an fairly close to restaurants and bars. The roads front and back were noisy and the management did not turn on the a/c for the first couple of nights
Stayed here a couple of weeks ago for 4 nights. Its just in the perfect position for exploring Palma on foot. The old town and Cathedral with its endless shops and restaurant's are a 20 minute walk away (aprox 1 mile). However, as soon as you leave the hotel there are endless restaurants and bars within 5 minutes. The hotel itself is located on the Marina front so do try and get a sea view rather than the steps or the rear of the hotel. There are steep steps along side the hotel and a lot of rooms front out onto them. These can be very noisy at night as the locals tend not to come out till 11pm and the place is still heaving at 2am and beyond. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and has modern décor. Rooms are of an adequate size. The breakfast is ok in fact better than most of the European golfing hotels I have stayed in. As golfers we were in a minority, most were holiday makers on 4 night city breaks. If I have 1 fault then it is don't ask concierge for a restaurant recommendation. I think they are on commission from restaurant Can Eduardo and they sent us there and it was shocking!
Looking as 4 star hotel, old, noisy, sea view is mostly neigbourg house. They will promise to give 10 euros per night for hotel services if book from their own web site. But two times they say in hotel that you will not get any gift for booking !!! I lose first time 150 euros and last visit to this hotel 50 euros. Can not trust their reception workers, also room service is very late afternoon. Breakfast is ok, but every day same simple. Do not book, if book some air.. You will get better care. Overpriced, four star rate two star service.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last. Everything is spotless and everyone is extremely friendly from checking in to checking out. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so many choices and extremely nice coffee. The pool area is nice with plenty of sunbeds and towels - its a bit noisy from the road but you do get used to it. We stayed at the back of the hotel and our room was quite quiet so if you're a light sleeper ask for one of those. Its a lovely 15 minute walk into the centre and so convenient. There are some restaurants and bars just near the hotel if you don't feel like a walk and there are always taxis outside. Can't wait to return next year for our anniversary. Thank you.
My boyfriend and I stayed five nights in early May. The room is pretty big and the bed was nice. The bathroom was also large but the shower area was abit small. Overall no complaints and front desk was helpful. I didn't have breakfast but my boyfriend did and he said it was wonderful. The only downside was there was a lot of noise from the street at night. We stayed on level 5 with a room facing the back of the hotel.
Good hotel with first class buffet breakfast. The evening meal not so good. We paid extra for a sea view but although the panoramic view was excellent it was spoiled with the noise from four lanes of traffic.
