This not a cheap place to have a cocktail at but it is great anyway. Nice music, cool people and very skilled bartenders. Can be crowded even in weekdays so prebook or come on time. (table 17 is my fav)
The hotel is a well known landmark in the Santa Catalina area of Palma. The hotel bar and restaurant is a great spot for a drink and the roof terrace bar has great views. The hotel rooms are small but very nicely decorated but for some reason they either have heating or air con and not both. The last two visits I have found the rooms too hot and stuffy but it’s just too noisy to open the windows and no air con. This the the reason I haven’t given four stars.
Fantastic place with a great view and the best drinks in Palma. The service from the bartenders and staff was perfect. We will absolutely come back and enjoy this lovely rooftop bar!!! Please make a reservation if you want to be sure to have a table. Or just take a place in the bar.
We stayed for 3 nights at Hostal Cuba and it was superb. We especially enjoyed the Skybar....breakfast was perfect sitting in the sun looking over the harbour and cathedral on the roof of the hotel. Breakfasts were of a high standard....just the right amount of choice and very tasty. I thought the staff were delightful and so helpful. Downstairs is a cafe/restaurant with excellent live music and great tapas. Again, the staff were brilliant. This is a very popular restaurant so it is worth booking. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and old town so location is perfect. Every member of staff we met were so helpful, polite and friendly. Our hotel room was great for 3 people with some really nice little touches like a beautiful basket with beach towels. There s also a taxi rank right outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
Friendly staff , clean and Great Rooms, We will come back to this hotel next time in Palma. Breakfast in the sky bar is perfect and food is super. Location is perfect in walking distance for bars, restaurants and the harbour area.
We visited for a long weekend and this place is perfect if you want to walk out the door and fall into a bar / restaurant / park / old town / marina - Also amazing terrace for breakfast . Everything is in walking distance, the only thing is that the area is very noisy (they have good soundproofing!) which we loved but this may not be to everyone's taste
Great view over the harbour with the sea and all the boats as well the Paseo Maritimo and fun place to have drinks on the terrace. Best to make reservations always crowded! Mixed crowd, all ages. There is also a hotel in this beautiful Art Deco building.
Overall a great stay. The breakfast experience was a bit hap hazard with limited resources on display and a bit of disorganisation about to getting orders and requests sorted. Rooms were nicely appointed.

We couldn't fault the hotel during our stay. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfast on roof top terrace. It can be noisy at night due to local bars, etc but not really an issue.
