We couldn't fault the hotel during our stay. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfast on roof top terrace. It can be noisy at night due to local bars, etc but not really an issue.
What a great night . The staff were very attentive. The drinks flowed freely and the views of the fireworks and Palma were fantastic .The band followed us up from the dinner venue downstairs and the dancing followed on.
I would almost want to say save your money and go elsewhere because we were not thrilled with the treatment from the staff; experienced being ignored by the restaurant and the front reception, and then got attitude from the checkout staff at the reception when we were leaving, apart from it taking forever and ever. Over priced hotel that could have maybe impressed us if the service had been better, as we did think the hotel was pretty and decorated in a charming way, but not worth the headache.
Our family stayed here for New Years Eve. It was brilliant! The rooms are very nice and clean. The Hotel is in a great location and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. Definitely coming back!
Really like this place - the only downside is the late night bar across the street. We woke up every morning to fresh "rainbow juice" patches splattered around various parts of the locality. Shows people have a great time there but take your mum somewhere else!
We stayed at the Hostal Cuba for a few days before Christmas. This is a small family run hotel coupled with a trendy restaurant/bar/basement discotheque. The beautiful historical building has been refurbished recently to high standards. The suites are spacious with comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. A special mention for the breakfast on the rooftop with wonderful views and quality food and service. Top location close to the old city and next to the colourful Catalunia market and neighborhood. The bar downstairs seems to be very popular so most rooms are noisy at night; earplugs are provided but warmer days might prove noisier.
Great little hotel near a local market and lot’s of restaurants. Rooms are great and the sound proofing very good despite having a large group of friends near us. The restaurant has good service but not so convenient for guests of the hotel as it is open to public as well and it gets very busy. Food great and wine list priced reasonably at this hotel. Try the Calamari with the house Marinara sauce!!!
The hotel has an amazinf breakfast with a beautiful view of Palma, the room was perfect and the staff was very helpful and polite. Great location close to restaurants and the old town. Would absolutely return!
Beautifully redone , the old hostal de cuba, has got its glory back , even better... Beautiful modern rooms with all the comfoert, a roof terrace fr breakfast with the view over plama and on weekends the cuba bar( part of the hotel) is theplace for drinks and dance!!
