This hotel is in a fantastic location - across the road from the beach with its own pool where you can watch the passing trams. The room- a superior sea view- was well appointed - however the small wardrobe is difficult to access as it’s next to the bedside table and there is no full length mirror. Also you can’t sit in the room and put your make up on as the mirror above the desk is too high. The dining room is at the back of the hotel while a large area at the front of the building with sea views was under utilised. The breakfasts are reasonable with a large selection but somethings were rather luke warm. But don’t bother going half board - dinner is served from 7-9. One day we took the train to Palma- there is a train back at 3 or 7 so we stayed for 7 and hoped we’d just make dinner. Unfortunately the train was slower than hoped and we entered the dining room at 9:04 to be told it was impossible for us to have the buffet that was still laid out!! There is a queue at 6:50 for the dining room and food cooked ready and waiting however if you go slightly later you need to ask them to cook the meat /fish . This could be great - hot food cooked to order but the chef kept disappearing so we would often go without or wait with the rest of our food cooling. We were the only ones in there at 9pm on a couple of evenings- so there was no atmosphere and we felt rushed as everyone came out of the kitchen to clear up hastily. You can order drinks by the pool if you can find a member of staff but no food. Overall a good hotel in a fab location but it wouldn’t take much to make them great- just a little more customer service- we’re hoping it’s the language barrier.

Stayed here in October for 3 nights. The hotel is in a prime but quiet location. We had no faults with this hotel.Buffet breakfast is impressive and well varied.Rooms are clean and fresh.Great staff also deserve a mention. Will stay longer next time.

Recently updated. We stayed in the Superior rooms. The hotel was very clean, food excellent and sufficiently quiet. A/C in rooms and also rooms had a kettle. Hotel is on the bay front, but the advantage is that it's set back sufficiently so you don't get all the noise from the tram and street. Highly recommended

Stayed here in July for 5 nights. I booked through and had selected the wrong typed room, (compared to our stay the previous year) I requested to move which the reception team were very helpful sorting and we moved in the 2nd night. We stayed Half Board this year and were impressed by the selection on the buffet for breakfast and dinner. We didn't eat each night as we were visiting family and were out and about quite a bit so didn't want to rush back. A suggestion maybe would be that you could choose lunch or dinner and maybe put a light lunch offer/snacks or later light dinner/snacks on in the beautiful room at the front of the hotel? Just a suggestion. I really like this hotel as a whole and love all the touches they've added. It's much more slick looking now. It's still hard to get a sunbed though without getting up at the crack of dawn on the days you do decide to chill by the pool. There is a sign but people just ignore it. (Maybe that's my Britishness coming out) Great staff as always and a nice mix of people staying. See you next year.

This hotel has recently upgraded from a Three star to a Four star and in my opinion, considering it was a three star for a long time, it has made a very decent stab at changeing into a four star. There has certainly been a great improvement in the standard of the food, which in my opinion is well up to four star standard. The rooms were also much improved from what they were three years ago and were very comfortable, the beds in particular. As this hotel is quite an old one obviously there are differences in room standards so I would always recommend the rooms overlooking the sea and the pool which obviously are the most expensive. But overall a good hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 5 night in early September. We found the hotel excellent, the location is the best point as the beach is just across the road. It is a good base to explore this part of Mallorca the villages in the area are beautiful as are the views. We found the facilities in the hotel fine for our needs, the buffet breakfast had a good choice and very typical of hotels so no surprises, there was a good choice of snacks from the bar. The hotel also had singers most evenings so if your room overlooked the pool it could be a little noisy so you would need to consider this when booking a room and we found the standard room a little small, this didn't detract from our stay at the hotel, would advise getting a superior room with a seaview as the room are bigger and quieter. Overall a good hotel and a good base to explore the area Would recommend this hotel and would defiantly stay here again.

Well I don't know what exactly to say or from where to start.. the reception lady or the duty manager - horrible client servicing followed by a lot of surprises with no water to shower over two days and raining in the room. I can't even give them the one star. Whatever is mentioned on their site is full of lies.

Mixed feelings about this hotel, on the whole it was an nice stay. Great location, excellent pool/bar & communal areas (Nice designer furniture). The room however was a bit meh, aircon was loud, double-room didn't have a balcony when we thought it did & it was a bit on the pricey side. There is also 6 parking spots for the whole hotel, so you have to pay 8€ a day in the public car park up the road.

Visited with family in august ,excellent hotel , good size rooms very comfortable, stayed half board food excellent very good choice and always hot, pool area very clean and always got a sunbed, resort is beautiful , with some excellent restaurants.

We stayed here for a week beginning of September. The hotel is really lovely inside and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is not really big enough for the hotel but could not be built anywhere else this can result in shortage of sunbeds at times. The beach is just across the road for those who prefer it. There are lovely lounges to sit and read . The restaurant is huge and the food good and varied. My only niggle is that sometimes it cooled really quickly ( they do not best the plates). I would willingly go there again.
