Well I don't know what exactly to say or from where to start.. the reception lady or the duty manager - horrible client servicing followed by a lot of surprises with no water to shower over two days and raining in the room. I can't even give them the one star. Whatever is mentioned on their site is full of lies.

Mixed feelings about this hotel, on the whole it was an nice stay. Great location, excellent pool/bar & communal areas (Nice designer furniture). The room however was a bit meh, aircon was loud, double-room didn't have a balcony when we thought it did & it was a bit on the pricey side. There is also 6 parking spots for the whole hotel, so you have to pay 8€ a day in the public car park up the road.

Visited with family in august ,excellent hotel , good size rooms very comfortable, stayed half board food excellent very good choice and always hot, pool area very clean and always got a sunbed, resort is beautiful , with some excellent restaurants.

We stayed here for a week beginning of September. The hotel is really lovely inside and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is not really big enough for the hotel but could not be built anywhere else this can result in shortage of sunbeds at times. The beach is just across the road for those who prefer it. There are lovely lounges to sit and read . The restaurant is huge and the food good and varied. My only niggle is that sometimes it cooled really quickly ( they do not best the plates). I would willingly go there again.

Sleep quality is probably one of the best I have stayed in, very comfortable beds and quiet in the evening. The restaurant has a very good choice of buffet food and the staff work hard and very friendly, the location is ideal for beach and harbour, bars, restaurants, tram to soller. The pool is on the small side but ideal to cool off and if you like a long swim then the sea is just across the tram track, as other people comment loungers can be hard to come by unless you get up early and reserve but I,d prefer to have a lie in and go to the beach. The rooms are modern and had a make over but very pleasant, what we saw of the entertainment it was the usual type of shows and ok but we don,t go on holiday for that. If we visited soller again we would return to this hotel.

Just returned from another week in the hotel Eden, rooms have been revamped to a high standard this year, location is perfect , breakfast very good. Pool area and more so pool itself a little tired and I think could do with a new coat of paint this winter, staff all friendly , due to its stunning views and central location, I could not imaging booking anywhere else in the port.

Great location right on the beach, food okay... timings when they bought stuff out left things cold it has potential. It feel they just don't have it right!... a lot of locals go here and gosh are the Spanish loud when enjoying themselves.... screeching teenagers and social awareness off some on the beach and around the pool is questionable !!!..( uh hu Germans what who said that!) the view from our room was amazing but if you don't get one with a frontal view it's a questionable resort! Even the basic rooms (as the receptionist kept reminding us) have good views so don't let em fob you off! .... nothing to do with the hotel but tourist board need to research into these biting fish it IS putting people off going in the sea. Beautiful place great location

A very good hotel in an excellent location - right in the middle of Peurto Soller. Rooms nicely refurbished, simple clean styling and all public areas of a high standard. Pool is good and 20 yards from the beach! Breakfast selection is excellent. You can pay a lot more in Peurto Soller if you want really fancy but this is good value and an all round a great hotel 👍🏼

Complimentary upgrade on arrival at 12.15am to a sea view suite. Amazing views, lovely big modern room. Comfy beds, great shower. No issues with air con...just make sure balcony door is fully shut or it'll switch itself off! Didn't hear a thing from neighbouring rooms. Vast selection at buffet breakfast...lots of tasty options both healthy and unhealthy. Great location 10 steps from the very safe and clean beach. Pool area good although pool not the biggest, still good for a dip to cool off. You need to be down at 8.30/9am to put a towel down. I don't like doing it but if you didn't you might mother a lounger. The timing didn't bother us as we were up for breakfast then and back on the lounger in 20 mins. We weren't into the evening entertainment. A bit too Butlins for us but plenty seemed to enjoy it. And I think it takes away from the modern image the hotel is aiming for. Handy small supermarket literally 5 seconds away. Bigger (and cheaper) one 1 minute away. Buy your water here in bulk. While there we did the following activities... Bus to Deia and did the GR221 11km walk back. Clearly signposted (the whole by waymarkers) 10th century route/path through olive groves and well worn paths with stunning views. Highly recommend. Not too strenuous, definitely need trainers as a minimum though. Paddle boarding around the bay. Shack on the beach rents the.. €15 for an hour. Great way to get up close to some the huge boats. Kayak tour. 4 hours. €50 per person. Fantastic caves and even better snorkelling in a quiet bay. Hundreds of fish! Very sagmfe as a boat follows and toes any tired parties. Dinner in Soller.. .get the tram up. €7 per person. Lovely to walk around and have drinks in the main square. We ate in Can Pintox. Amazing tapas. Highly recommend but book ahead. Taxi back was €8. Overall great holiday in a town that has everything you need without being overly touristy and not 'too British'. Best meal in Port de Soller was SaBarca. Not cheap but great food.

First, the good news! This not a roach motel - the newer pictures are true. It's had a generous face lift which has been tastefully applied. Rooms are clean and bright and fairly trendy in a beach chic way. It looks like a 4 star but beneath the service I feel personally it's run like a 2 or 3 star. Evidence of wear to the new decor is evident already, the taps weren't flush to the wall and the seal on the shower was coming off but I guess my big gripes are; at breakfast the tables aren't reset quickly so you often can't find a place that's ready, there is always a queue at reception never enough staff, there is no chance of a sun lounger unless you get up at 7 and put ur towel down though technically the hotel say they don't condone reserving loungers (they should do more to combat this), the pool is entirely over run with kids and too small - they desperately need another or larger pool but the hotel is close to the beach which is where we went. The room staff don't top up the sundries (shampoo etc) unless u ask and most hotels I've stayed in they tidy the room as well as make the bed, but not here...! We've also had sheets applied with stains on them (that we made which was evidence they didn't change the sheets) and one time there was a damp soap mark (not of our doing). They also don't clean the balcony. That said, breakfast is vast and generous with service and replenishing of dishes beyond 10am. The location in the middle of the strip is handy for everywhere. And staff generally are really friendly and kind. So my gripe is that it really wouldn't take much to make this a 4 star - it's just not there yet!
