I stayed here twice and in both times, I was satisfied. However there were some minor problems which I have encountered: 1) In my first stay, I was given a room in a separate building near the pool. The downside to this is that the WIFI is quite slow (however, this should be the least of your worries when on holiday). 2) The hotel lacks in activities and entertainment. I guess this will prompt you to go out and explore. 3) The pool was unguarded on both stays. Now the positives: 1) Rooms were simple but clean. They have different choices of rooms (I.E. superior rooms, rooms with better views, etc) 2) The facilities are great too and well maintained. The public spaces remained clean at all times. 3) Food served was great. Definitely worth paying extra for breakfast and dinner. 4) Staff were friendly and always available to help. 5) The hotel is located nicely on a hill which means that you get a great view of the sea and the local surroundings. It is close to shops, a local shopping centre, restaurants and arcades. It is about 10 mins drive from the centre of Palma and busses are available for a cheap price. The beach is close by, 10 mins to main Palma beach or 10 mins to Cala Major beach which is much nicer and have less people. Overall, I have enjoyed both my stays in this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
We have been coming to this hotel for years, and absolutely love it! Staff are no nonsense and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the position just perfect for setting out for a day's cycling in the mountains. Serviced by both a taxi rank and a bus stop, this hotel is conveniently situated for trips to the City and beyond, but without the noise and inflated prices of Downtown Palma. Loads of restaurants within a cheap cab's ride away, will always return.
I took the suite "Dancing on the roof" and I did my proposal over there. The room is just amazing ! Big size, incredible view, top jaccuzzi... Everything was perfect and I did a great surprise to my grilfriend. For sure, I really recommand escpecially this room. Do not hesitate, you will not regret it !!!
We went here in August and meant to write this review ever since as i believe everything was almost perfect for a 3* hotel & the price we got it for. The team here is excellent with the customers from Reception to Restaurant; they are very helpful with anything you need. Our room was quiet but had a poor view; however the view from the top where the pool & the restaurant is located was stunning ! We will be back here again most certainly.

Bus stop to and from hotel stops right outside ..10 minutes and your in Palma Can't wait to go back Loved it Went to a Festival on the Friday 19th January in Palma ..amazing ..music..bands..DJs.. Fantastic THANKYOU DOMINGO for showing us how to get there Brilliant Holiday
I wound up in this hotel because everything else in Palma was fully booked. Now I know why this hotel still had vacancies: it is absolutely horrible. The standard rooms are not fit for even being considered Youth Hostels... skimpy beds and skimpier linen, towels in the bathroom are thin and grayish... Food is deplorable (I had no choice but to eat at the hotel a couple of nights). Staff: not friendly, not helpful. Rates: 120€ for standard room (cell-like, no fridge, no view, bare bathroom). Total rip-off. General recommendation: avoid this Hotel at all costs!!!!
It’s our first experience in Mallorca and it was really horrible because of many things and one of them this hotel. Firstly, in our room didn’t work heater and night time was really cold.... Secondly, we waked up because every time some persons shouting morning time near our room and outside(hotel occupiers). About breakfasts, really not so bad, but wasn’t hot also, just little warm. Last 2 days was horrible, we didn’t have hot water at all. We was swimming in the sea day time and when we came back to our number we didn’t had hot water!!!!! We washed in cold water... When I asked on reception when will be hot water , hotel worker told me that after 15-20 minutes. When we came back after 3 hours we still hadn’t hot water. After this I called to reception and guy told me that sorry about this and offer to check out 4 hours later (in 3.00pm than 11.00am) and that tomorrow definitely we’ll get water. Next morning we still hadn’t hot water and when I spoke with guy from reception who spoke with me half English half Spanish languages and he told that in some numbers they still don’t have hot water and cancel our late check out also......... Result: we fly to home without shower even... When I told to reception guy in check out process about this , he told us just “sorry”.... And that’s it, not refunded some amount, nothing, why I should pay and fly dirty to home country?????? That’s why I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL TO LIVE IN PALMA. Bad location, bad personal, bad attitude to occupiers, average breakfast.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the harbour. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a bath (always a plus in my view). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. The location was quite quiet and there were good transport links into Palma. The staff were very helpful and the food, at Breakfast and dinner, was excellent with a nice variety of local dishes differing each evening. You could hire bikes at the hotel for not much. We preferred to use the public transport which was cheap and frequent.
Hotel room was fine. Breakfast was good.Location for the centre of Palma by bus and walking to the Harbour was fine. 24 hour reception. Chosen for both price and location both of which were good. Why 200 characters?
I went to Palma de Mallorca to meet up with some old friends and booked Amic Horizonte Hotel. Be prepared for a lot of walking up and down hills but it is worth it the view from the balcony was fantastic. The rooms do need updating but I would stay there again as the staff are great and can’t do enough for you. The food I found was good and I booked breakfast only and then if I wanted I could pay for dinner, which was fifteen euros. The drinks , such as the beer is only two euros. If you want luxury this hotel is not for you but if you want a nice relaxed atmosphere with good customer service this is it. Taxi to Palma central is on average about 7.80euros.also bus over the other side of the road into Palma by the Cathedral five euros.
