I cannot understand why and how people can write a bad review on this hotel. Food - Amazing always fresh, show cooking, lots of choice Rooms - We had a suite very clean and spacious lovely view towards the sea, yes a little noisy at night bit once the door is closed you cannot hear anything. Staff - All extremely friendly and a great laugh, they all work so hard, too many people to list but a few that come to mind the two Toni's & DaDa. Animation Team - Brilliant They work so hard all day keeping adults & children entertained. Nacho he is just amazing whenever he is involved with anything it turns into utter chaos & a great laugh. They all put on amazing shows in the evening. Yes sometimes in the evening it is difficult to get a drink at the table but this is not because the staff are treating anyone with preference it is purely down to the fact they are so busy trying to keep everyone filled with drinks, we never saw this as an issue we just went to the bar rather than being waited on. People have commented in the past that this hotel is all for Germans, yes agreed this is a popular hotel with Europeans and whilst we were there I think we were one of three English families. This was never a problem as the kids made friends and played, Evening shows & talks were spoken in three or four languages and as stated food was great with a mixture for everyone. The only slight moan I have is that the hotel have a rule about not reserving sun loungers and every morning people were reserving them, Twice I mentioned this to the front desk and nothing was done about it. Although you could happily go to the pool about 10ish and there would still be spaces. It is not often that we would return to the same hotel again purely as we like to see different places however we have all agreed that we would be returning next year.

It was our third visit to Majorca and this time we chose Cala Millor Park. We stayed for a week in the biginning of July. My kids liked the place as there are some activities organized and a football pitch. The hotel is rather small, no garden, one bigger pool and one pool for liitle children. The hotel is crowded mostly with Germans and the worst is that many people smoke a lot, don`t care about kids around and non-smokers! There are a lot of people with kids in all possible ages in the hotel so avoid if you seek a quiet place. :) The food is very repeatitive and avarage, nothing special really but everyone should find something what the like. There is no dress code so many people end up wearing shorts and flip-flps at dinner. Noone cares. The restaurant is busy at meal times but waiters try hard to do their best. Snacks between meals are very poor, constantly heated, only fresh fruit is edible so it`s better to go to the restaurant for lunch during the day. Rooms are very nice, large and light, cleaned daily with a fridge and microwave oven. The hotel is quite decent except for one thing - things vanish from the room. We paid for the safe and kept our valuables there of course. But when I came home it showed up that some of my kids clothes are missing. I never pack suitcases in a hurry and always double-check the room before we leave. And so I did this time. I called and emailed the hotel to report in. I thought we left the clothes accidently somehow and the cleanig lady found them although I was sure I checked the room closely before we left. These were no beach clothes, my kids couldn`t have lost them anwhere else because were wearing them only in the hotel or on the trip and never took them off but the hotel room. The hotel reception didn`t reply to my emails in the first place for a long time, not nice (I undersatand they are busy at high season but still). I had to call a few times to know what`s going on. The cleanig lady said she found nothing in our room and the laundry either. So we didn`t take the clothes home, they disappeared earlier. I have to add we never opened our suitcases until we arrived home and travelled nowhere else but this hotel. A very unplesant experience at the end, especially that the reception manager didn`t seem to care much and so the hotel manager. It was the first time in our lives that things were missing after a stay at a hotel. So watch out! All in all, it was quite a good stay except for the final situation which wasn`t handled well by the hotel. I`m dissapointed. We won`t be back and if you haven`t booked yet choose a different place for your holiday, there are much better hotels.

Love the area, been coming here for 14 years. First time in this hotel and found it very much up to Hip hotels standards. Spacious rooms and amenities spotless through out with friendly helpful staff. The only small thing was having to ask for items at breakfast

came home from holiday 12th july and i must say it was one of the best holidays i have ever had. Location was for us as active grandparents and 12 year old grandson fantastic. We hired good bikes and cycled along the cycle path which runs along the beach front {brilliant} .we enjoyed strolling around the nearby strip with its shops and bars.Never got bored as sometimes we do.Also grandson loved every minute and if hes happy so are was OK . Room was just big enough for the 3 or us which was spotlessly clean .Cleaner we had all credit to you.We were in room 3310 overlooking partial sea view. Friendly staff. All in all a lovely clean hotel nice food {but would be nice to have had nicer sausages ].Never had to cue up for sun loungers which was a refreshing change thank you cala millor park. Not many brits there mostly germans No roudiness around the pool.I rest my case

Being all inclusive you are hostage to the waiters at night. These guys generally work hard although the waiter Dada is very slow and ignorant, choosing to spend his time flirting with females and blatantly ignoring some tables. Frustrating when you have already paid for your drinks!

Have just spent a week in Hipotel Cala Millor Park Hotel . Nice hotel very modern clean and large rooms , beds comfy and tea and coffee making facilities in room also fridge all excellent. When we arrived at 10.30 pm at night lovely lady on reception checked us in and told us they had kept food out in restaurant for us she had missed dinner which was lovely . Very warm in Majorca when we were there and found out our air con not working in room . Reported to reception someone came to check it said it was working which it clearly wasn't . Reported again on Monday and eventually it did get fixed late that afternoon spent 2 very uncomfortable nights with heat in room . Upgraded to A/I which I have to say I have had better food was alright much better on Gala Nights . This hotel is very much geared towards the German market and we were always spoken to in German initially. Pool area was nice and there was always plenty of beds but if you want a relaxing time at the pool forget it the place was full of babies , toddlers and young children screaming and shouting and dive bombing into the pool this included adults of the children ! Accident waiting to happen . Needs more supervision at pool . Meal times resembled a sitting at a kindergarten ! Very noisy with screaming tired children . I am by no means anti children I work as a midwife and love kids but perhaps an early sitting for people with young children would allow others with older kids to have a more enjoyable experience . Cala Millor in my eyes was very touristy well worth a taxi ride which was 6 euros to Cala Bona so much nicer with beautiful restaurants. All in all lovely hotel with lovely staff but won't be back .

On our last night at this hotel. Can honestly say, after being at every star of hotel all over the world, this was one of the best. Firstly the food was amazing, we went all inclusive. Every night the food is different, which is a rarity for All inclusive. Between 10am and midnight there is also a pool side bar. The bar serves the normal like ice cream and drinks as well as any snack food you can think off. Free of charge which is great. The staff have excellent CS skills and are so friendly. The room was beyond expectation. I had booked this last minute as a little getaway and not paid too much but our room was HUGE. We had 2 balconies and a separate bedroom to the lounging area. The beds are the comfiest thing I have ever slept on and the shower was amazing. We were in room 3112. There is nothing at all bad to say about this place.

We have just returned from a great week-long stay. We have stayed in four and five star, all inclusive hotels and found meals very boring and repetitive. The food here is interesting, varied and fantastic. The staff, throughout the hotel, are very friendly and hard working. The reception staff are welcoming, the restaurant staff are friendly and attentive, the animation team work tirelessly throughout the day and evening, keeping kids and adults entertained and the cleaning staff ensure the rooms are cleaned to a high standard, on a daily basis. The bar staff are great. They work very hard, day and night, always with a smile on their face, yet find time to bond with guests. We stayed during the summer half-term week. I suspect the hotel had capacity for a lot more guests - as a result, it did not feel crowded, nor were there issues in getting a sun lounger, at any time of the day. As a four star hotel, this met and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend.

I find it hard to believe that none of the reviews of this hotel seem to mention the depressing nature of this part of Mallorca. Perhaps if you haven't seen some of the lovelier, less gaudy and destroyed by tourism areas of the island, you would think that this is just how it is in Mallorca. We were visiting the island for the first time from North America, and not having a good sense of the lay of the land, decided to stay in multiple parts of the island to ensure we saw a lot and found at least some areas we liked. Thank goodness we didn't just stay in Cala Millor. There are gorgeous parts of the island but Cala Millor was absolutely one of my least favourite, on a par with Magaluf for an area largely blighted by tourism. The whole lay of the town, with British/German pubs featuring football as standard, and tacky penis-bottle-opener souvenirs everywhere was so off-putting and not at all what I came to Mallorca for. Romantic or tasteful this was not. We were fortunate to have stayed in other more beautiful and much more tastefully developed parts of the island as well so that we didn't leave Mallorca thinking that the whole island was like Cala Millor. The hotel itself just ok-- as many have said, the air conditioning either doesn't work, or is made not to function outside of high summer. There were daily ant swarms in our room, so I'm not sure why people say the rooms were very clean. And our second floor room looked only out at a tacky tourist vendor's shop. The food was ok and the breakfast did have lots of options, but we didn't stay for dinner or lunches. Please if you are coming to Mallorca to experience the island and its beauty, do not come to Cala Millor though! Wish we hadn't spent our nights here at all and would definitely not recommend that people looking to experience Mallorca base themselves in Cala Millor.

Been to this hotel a few times now and the place is great and food is always good and the rooms are always good and clean we always like it here it's really close to everything you need like kid parks and rides shops and restaurants very nice place
