This hotel looked amazing as we first walked in very clean and friendly, helpful staff everywhere can't fault them. We were upgraded on arrival to an apartment instead of a bedsit/studio so had all the amenities of self catering even though we were all inclusive. Room was lovely with great views of the beach from balcony and pool area from the bedroom. The mattress however on both beds was awful!! You would sink into a big hole and bot be able to get out of roll over in the night. So we didn't get a good night sleep the time we were there. Definitley had to replace mattresses soon. Pool bar was brilliant serving snacks all day for all inclusive and drinks. Self catering could buy the snacks as you would expect. Staff here were brilliant and put out blankets every night as it got a bit cold in the evenings. Restaurant served mediocre food, too much salt on almost everything! If you found something without salt you found some nice food. Salad bar was great couldn't fault that great choice on offer each meal time. Breakfast was good however I will say they weren't very good at replacing things that run out you had to wait a while if someone took the last bit of something. This would be the same for.all meal times. I would visit again but I think I would go self catering for sure and eat out or cook in the apartment.

I am often sceptical about some hotels in resorts as from past experience not all are that great however this hotel exceeded my expectations and can highly recommend it for all types of travellers. Excellant facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable modern rooms, wifi, very clean everywhere we went, large pool area or minutes from the beach if you prefer. The all inclusive food was also very good with plenty of healthy (and unhealthy) options to suit all tastes with a different chef "specials" area every day, such as Sushi, tapas etc which gave you variety. Probably one of the best buffets I've experenced. The hotel is quite large so it might be different in peak season but we found it very quiet with no noise at al from other rooms other than those inconsiderate people who come back late at night and let the door slam shut. Only other minor thing was the wifi being quite slow but hey your on holiday that shouldn't matter. Overall for the value for money, location, food, facilities and helpful staff you cannot go wrong with this hotel for a chilled out relaxing break.

We have just returned from a lovely week in this excellent hotel. We had a junior suite on the 6th floor, the room was kept absolutely spotless by Isabel. All the staff are amazingly helpful and pleasant even when they are really busy, nothing is too much trouble. The food was far better than we expected, the best we have had in an all inclusive hotel. We will definitely be returning!

This was our 2nd stay at this great hotel. We returned due to the lovely time we had last year, once again our disabled room was spotless with a large wet room bathroom and a sunny balcony. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, in the restaurant they reserved us a table (with a chair missing for my partners wheelchair access), close to the buffet and once again all the staff were kind and helpful, within seconds the staff were at our table for our drinks order and the buffet had a good choice of hot food and salads. Once again a big thank you to everyone for a great stay and we will see you next year. Simon and Mimi.

What a place to come! A stone throw from the beach & town centre shops, we had a lovely week in Cala Millor. It was the beginning of the season here so things were relatively chilled out, not too many people, but I imagine in the height of summer things can get very busy. Our room was of an impressive standard. Excellent shower & bathroom of a high quality, memory foam beds, full length mirror and a sea view balcony. The TV was predominantly Spanish & German channels, but we found 2 channels in English (not that you want to stay in & watch TV anyway). There is free WiFi throughout the Hotel which works intermittently, but well enough to browse on your smart phone. The selection of food at the restaurant was good. Always salad bar, pasta bar, fresh meat (cooked to order), specials & roast meats with gravy. And many a dessert!! One evening there was a champagne bar set up in the Hotel lobby before dinner, with appetisers including steak tartar and tempura prawns. Yum! The hotel is spotless absolutely everywhere, I was happy to walk bare foot throughout. The pool area and pool side bar is handy & convenient, serving alcohol, slush, ice lollies, ice cream along with fresh sandwiches daily if you missed breakfast or lunch. There is also an indoor pool, small gym & sauna with wellness showers & jacuzzi which we regularly used. The staff are attentive, friendly, approachable and hard-working. We can not fault the attention to detail provided by all, from the night time bar staff to the lady who cleaned our room daily, the staff were wonderful & really give this place the extra sparkle. We enjoyed a good few shows held in the hotel bar during our time here, including acrobatics, dancers, karaoke & tribute acts. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance. A cracking location with supermarkets, local shops & restaurants nearby. We walked to Cala Bona a couple of times (about 30-40 minute stroll) & it is around 5€ for a taxi back to the hotel. Cala Millor Park- an excellent hotel & we would look forward to returning here.

I don't normally write reviews but as somone happy to complain when things go wrong I thought it only right to speak up when things go well. I've just come back from a girly weekend and already I'm looking at how I can go back! The hotel is very clean and our apartment was exceptionally spacious. We had our rooms cleaned daily and they were very respectful of our privacy. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. Our waiter would arrive with drinks even without us asking and got the order spot on. The food, oh the food! I'm always hesitant when going all inclusive in case the food is rubbish, but this most definately did not disappoint. The choice was overwhelming, the quality brilliant, presentation lovely. All in all the food was delicious. The pool area was lovely and with the beach only a couple of minutes walk away, with the most beautiful blue sea water, this holiday is a definite must.

We stayed on a family holiday the start of April and we were really impressed with the hotel very clean modern. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist who was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and food was very good lots of variety. Lovely pool and especially loved the double beds to sit on! My daughter 6years old enjoyed the kids club very friendly and lots of activities to do each day! One of the activities was decorating a t shirt for themselves but it was our last day and our coach was picking us up at 7pm in the evening. We left it in the kids club to dry while we popped out for the day but was out longer than expected and the kids club had closed! So we couldn’t retrieve the t shirt. My daughter was crying and upset as we had to leave on the coach and the manager at reception said that he would retrieve the t shirt and post it to us in England free of charge! We have received the t shirt today and my daughter is so happy! The hotel was wonderful and I’m so appreciative of the excellent customer service! Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Well what can i say our holiday at this hotel was fantastic staff food cleanliness an absolute pleasure staying here.Near to shops the beach would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in cala millor. I must mention it was my granddaughters 18th birthday during our stay when she got back to her room there was a bracelet that the hotel had given to her an unexpected but lovely gesture from the hotel we will definately be back.

Stayed here during a short 5-day Mallorca holiday in February, escaping the bitter cold of Northern Europe, after a couple of days in other parts of Mallorca. Cala Millor is in the more quiet east coast, where new resort hotel development has concentrated after Palma and west and north coasts have become full. Much of the main sights and attractions are in or around the mountain range at the west coast, but many of the nicest beaches are in the east. The hotel was the nicest on our trip: new, modern, well designed, with a large guest room accommodating up to 4 people. The room had two parts, the entrance area with two bed-sofas and a TV, separated by bathroom from the main area with a queen-size bed, TV, some furniture and a balcony. The room appeared relatively new, max. 5 years old, nicely decorated and in very good condition. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included by default, but we also had the buffer dinner. Both were excellent, with a broad selection of dishes to every taste. February is too cold for swimming in the sea or in the unheated outdoor swimming pools (for most!), so we tried the hotel indoor swimming pool. The water was warm enough. The pool is roughly a rectangular shape with not enough length was a proper swimming exercise, so it is best suitable for playing and relaxing. The depth of the pool varied from about 90 cm to about 150 cm, so it is not suitable for small children. The clientele of the hotel, at least mid-winter, consisted of senior Germans: people in their forties were "young". German was spoken by all the other inhabitants, and by almost all of the staff. The hotel location is quite good. Cala Millor has a town center which is about 8 minute walk from the hotel. The nice long Millor beach extends from the town center to the rocky peninsula further to the south, and the hotel is about 200 meters from the beach, with a nice tidy garden-style lawn in between. There are some small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Although swimming outdoors is not really possible in winter, the weather in Mallorca can still be very nice for hiking and outdoors activities, and the hotels are bargain: the expensive hotels are only a fraction of their summer high reason prices (with rates in summer for the nicer ones in the hundreds of euros per night.)

We returned today from a week's holiday at Cala Millor Park and genuinely cannot fault it. If you want a hotel close to the beach with food and drinks on tap (literally) then you can't go far wrong (we were all inclusive). Pros: 1. We couldn't believe the size of our room and the luxury of it! The room was in 2 parts with sofas, a big bathroom (large enough for 2 sinks) complete with shower/bath and bidet and a main bedroom area with twin beds, chairs, large wardrobe and TVs. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hotel. 2. Everything was spotless: the 'public' areas within the hotel, rooms (which were cleaned daily), pool area, restaurant and bar areas were always clean and tidy. I saw one fly the whole week we were there! 3. The food was delicious. If you like a salad, you're going to love it! We found ourselves eating 3 course lunch and dinners just so we could have a salad course, complete with their fresh bread. There isn't the level of choice that I've seen in other all inclusive hotels, but what they do, they do well. There are always pasta options and roasted meat options during lunch and dinner (as well as chips a plenty if that's what you want!) 4. We did not travel with children but the animation team looked fantastic! There's a daily timetable of activities set up for the children, each day has a theme (eco-day, Disney day etc.). Each evening there is a mini disco for the children and although the songs are quite repetitive, Erica was so animated the children absolutely loved her! (this was particularly notable when she actually had an evening off and the alternative staff just didn't match up) I did wish I were still a child so I could join in! :P 5. EVERY member of staff is friendly and genuinely cannot do enough to help. The waiters are constantly walking around the bar and asking if you'd like more drinks in the evening, the restaurant staff were always smiling and the receptionists were always helpful. 6. The drinks menu included wine, cava, all the soft drinks you'd expect, spirits, slushies and a good handful of cocktails. The cocktails were always served with pieces of fresh fruit. The only 'con' we could think of in relation to the hotel is that Cala Millor is obviously a popular destination for German tourists (particularly during this time of year) so the hotel is very geared up for them. As much as this did not bother us, it was noticeable. One other thing to note is that lots of the shops stock phallic-based products. The only parts of our holiday that caused any frustration were on the part of Thomas Cook due to their lack of organisation or general presence (we now know why TUI charge more!) but that aside, we had a fantastic break at Cala Millor Park and will definitely be looking out for other Hipotels locations for future holidays!
