We stayed here for a couple of nights back at the end of October. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach which is lovely. There are shops, bars & restaurants within a couple of minute walk also. Food and drinks at the hotel were good on the all inclusive package. Drinks include selected cocktails, cava, 3 types of wine, beer & spirits. The pool was very cold (not heated) so we were unable to use. We had daily maid service in the rooms. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and big, powerful & always hot. View from the room was the lake & the pool of the hotel next door. I would visit again if I was in the area for the value.
We went to Majorca for a week and stayed here. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the balcony it looked across the other hotel and they had entertainment outside each night so was great. The sun shone to the balcony so we were able to sit on the balcony for hours. The food was good. Good variety. The chef who reminded me of a minion who spoke so fast (nicest possible way) was awesome he spoke no English but we would eventually understand each other. Lots of food range. The entertainment I didn't enjoy it was full of the older generation so I didn't really go in and sit there. The beach and shops were close by so that was a bonus. We didn't find any clubs or good pubs were we could go. As there was a group of us we kept ourselves entertained. I would definitely visit again to relax and soak the sun in as there was not much else to do but then that could be just me as I travel a lot and felt it was a place to relax.
We arrived quite late after an unnecessarily long coach transfer. We were really hot and bothered by the time we got to hotel check in. Luckily for us George was on nights and he looked after us wonderfully , a lovely gentleman indeed . He was quick to offer us water and soft drinks and a free upgrade to a 4 star hotel down the beach. We declined the upgrade but took the refreshments. We checked in no problem and had a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the hotel opposite and the lake in the distance. Our room was really nice, great fixtures and fittings. Excellent bathroom and shower. It all looked recently refurbished. Great balcony and most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. We had a key for the safe for a few euros per day, air conditioning was free. We had opted for all inclusive and it excellent. Drinks until midnight and the food was outstanding. Great variety for each coarse and very tasty. Huge salad bar, large grill range with meat and fish cooked to order. Help yourself to tea, coffee, water , soft drinks, 3 shades of wine and a tap for beer as well. Fresh crusty bread , delicious cakes , ice cream in many flavours , and a great cheese board every night . Even a few bottles of fizz on ice for breakfast should you fancy a "champagne " breakfast. We had lazy days by the pool, plenty of beds and places to sit. Good size pool and kids paddling pool. It was a bit chilly but Ok once you are in. There was a chair lift for the less able bodied poolside as well. Large tennis court and crazy golf. Nice views over the adjacent lake too. We didn't see the evening entertainment but a few tribute acts seemed to be the favoured option. We did have a few drinks in the bar every night and branded drinks were on offer in most cases. Particular thanks to Fran in the restaurant and José Antonio in the main bar, both are a credit to the hotel. Location wise, about 10 minutes walk to the beach with shops, bars etc within easy reach. We absolutely loved our 5 nights in the hotel and will definitely return. But next time we'll book a taxi transfer from the airport as the 3 hours multi stop bus ride is exhausting.
hotel very good, we were only B&B but that was great with lots of choice. staff amazing, rooms quite small but excellent bathroom. The only down side to this hotel it caters more for the German and Swedish customers, entertainment average.
reluctant to tell the full story because I would love to keep this hotel a secret, we only stayed 4 nights on all inclusive basis, everything was superb! (yes everything), think we were only Brits in hotel, predominately Germans, the hotel, staff, and amenities showed German efficiency at its best, we had no problems. would return in a heartbeat but probably fully booked!!
Wonderful accommodating and friendly staff, fantastic food and great entertainment - what a find! The pool is perfect, loads of daytime entertainment for kids and adults alike. Super comfortable lounge areas, clean, relaxing, a perfect place to come and will definitely be back - luv'd the 'all inclusive' option!
5 adults and 2 children (6 and 3) set off for a family holiday and had a great time. We were all inclusive and couldn't fault any of the meals we had ...the quality and choice were amazing. We had 3 rooms on the 6 floor overlooking the lake and far enough away from the entertainment area for the noise not to be a problem if we had taken the children up before it ended. The rooms were a tad on the small side but we were only in them at night so not a problem. The pillows were a bit firm for my liking but that's the only grumble! The bathroom was a good size with a big shower and all very clean. The entertainment team worked very hard and the children loved Simona and Juan. There were activities during the day including water sports in the pool. Great fun to watch even if you don't want to join in. All the staff throughout the hotel worked very hard and were always friendly, polite and efficient. It was a great mix of nationalities staying......we really enjoyed it not being all Brits....in fact we were the minority. Would definately return for another stay.
Hotel has very modern decor & so clean, staff very friendly. The food was delicious great variety recommend the calamari & ribs, lot's of choice. The view from our balcony over the pool & lake particularly stunning at night. The area is very clean no litter, the beach very unspoilt & only short walk from hotel. Taxi from resort to alcudia or can picafor approx 9 euro one way. Entertainment pretty naff but enjoyable especially after a few drinks, amazed Baileys & cherry brandy liquors all included, bar staff great. Our room was quite small but we'll laid out shower room very modern, loved the shower & hairdryer included.Room cleaned daily.highly recommend this hotel as we had a brilliant holiday.
Th This is our third visit to this hotel and it is still attractive. The loaction is good. It is not far from the main road and close to a nice pond with birds and fishes. The hotel is wellworking and has a frendly staff. We were met in the reseption as always and the check in was quick and easy. The room is not very big but has what you need. A fridge would have been nice, but that was not in the room. The cleaning was perfect and nothing to comment. The all inclusive package gave some choices and gave you both coffe and alcohol if you requested that. A spesial plus to Christian in the bar for his nice smile and friendly comments. When we visited the hotel it was not quite fullbooked so there were no problem to find free sunbeds. This time there were very few children in the hotel so it was not much noise. From our former visits we are not really happy about the animation program. This year it was program during the day that did work. In the evenings the program varied a lot. Some of the evening entertainment was ok, but there were also some evenings that were rather lousy.
excellent ,frindly, attentive staff, from reception to george the nightshift porter. bar staff christian!! toni, antonio & aliana , put our english bar staff to shame, food fantastic choice,,, pool with beautiful back drop onto a lake everthing clean & well maintained . Entertainment!! ROBERTO the all around man !! great with the kids, familys, teenagers & adults speaks 6 languages & is just a very nice.. & entertaining . You will see the manager, in the kitchen, the bar, everywhere, a lovely man who dosnt mind getting his hands dirty . cant wait to come back xx i just wish i had won the bingo, for a free week in october.
