Hotel has very modern decor & so clean, staff very friendly. The food was delicious great variety recommend the calamari & ribs, lot's of choice. The view from our balcony over the pool & lake particularly stunning at night. The area is very clean no litter, the beach very unspoilt & only short walk from hotel. Taxi from resort to alcudia or can picafor approx 9 euro one way. Entertainment pretty naff but enjoyable especially after a few drinks, amazed Baileys & cherry brandy liquors all included, bar staff great. Our room was quite small but we'll laid out shower room very modern, loved the shower & hairdryer included.Room cleaned daily.highly recommend this hotel as we had a brilliant holiday.

Th This is our third visit to this hotel and it is still attractive. The loaction is good. It is not far from the main road and close to a nice pond with birds and fishes. The hotel is wellworking and has a frendly staff. We were met in the reseption as always and the check in was quick and easy. The room is not very big but has what you need. A fridge would have been nice, but that was not in the room. The cleaning was perfect and nothing to comment. The all inclusive package gave some choices and gave you both coffe and alcohol if you requested that. A spesial plus to Christian in the bar for his nice smile and friendly comments. When we visited the hotel it was not quite fullbooked so there were no problem to find free sunbeds. This time there were very few children in the hotel so it was not much noise. From our former visits we are not really happy about the animation program. This year it was program during the day that did work. In the evenings the program varied a lot. Some of the evening entertainment was ok, but there were also some evenings that were rather lousy.

You will see the manager, in the kitchen, the bar, everywhere, a lovely man who dosnt mind getting his hands dirty . cant wait to come back xx i just wish i had won the bingo, for a free week in october.

I think this review will be a simple list: Service was as expected Pool area above expectations Breakfast above expectations Room above expectations Summarized I highly recommend this hotel to people who want a fun and active vacation. There is music until 24.00 every day so if you want silence and relaxation chose another hotel.

Only down side is that most of the clients are German but everything else is fine. Staff are very attentive, food is varied ,pool is clean. The entertainment is run-of -the mill but what they do is well done. It's is 10 mins walk from the beach and 20 mins walk from a nature reserve, which is why I chose it.

This was a great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Although we were your humble Scots amongst a predominantly German clientele - who were all impeccably behaved and well mannered, if a little reserved and shy of conversation and social engagement - we were very impressed by the standards of service. The food was good and the whole place clean and well maintained. Entertainment at night was amusing enough, though often the audience was more interesting to a British eye than what was on stage. I tried a few jokes on our Teutonic friends, which went something like this; German in lift; Woraus kommen Sie? (Where do you come from? Me: Wir kommen aus Schottland. Wir haben Rock Musik gern. Wir sind Schottenrockers. No laugh.... nothing, This led to my next joke, in English, to the entertainment person. What's the epitome of excellence amongst European nations? German efficiency. French cuisine. British humour. What's the opposite? British cuisine.French efficiency. German humour. Didn't get as much as a smirk. Loved them. Still do.

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of October. Hotel wasn't too busy and was mainly other nationalities and not British which was perfect for us. We were all inclusive; the food selection was great, as were the drinks. The staff across all areas were very helpful. The hotel in general is very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the light switch and although it couldn't be fixed the day we arrived (a Sunday), it was fixed first thing the next day. Very impressed. The hotel is in a great location. Playa de Muro offers plenty of shops, bars & restaurants and the beach is lovely. This stretches across to Alcudia which is easy to get to- around a 20 minute walk, or a short journey on the bus. Entertainment was basic but it's a three star hotel. The staff worked really hard to get everyone involved and it was enjoyable enough. You had to pay for WIFI but this is the same in a lot of hotels in Alcudia and other resorts.

This was our second stay at this hotel. If we will return sometimes later is doubtfully. We enjoyed the atmosphere the first time we stayed here but this time we did not find the same feelings. Since oyr first visit parts of the hotel had been renovated and this was to the better. The reception is now much lighter and more friendly. The rooms are small and the beds are quite hard. The barthroom is nice and well kept. The cleaning is flawless. A big pluss. Most of the staff is friendly. We did not like some of the enetrtainment performed by the animation staff. Some of these persons we found impertinent at times. The hotel has wi-fi but this service is rather expensive. We found that rather strange in a hotel that offers all inclusive. The hotel shoukd be non-smoking. Unfortunately this is not a fact in the bar area and by the pool. Smoking was a big annoyance in these areas.

Stayed here with my husband in August 2015. Had a lovely time. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the lagoon and it was lovely. Everything we needed and very clean! Meals in the restaurant were very good. Lots of choice and food quality too. We aren't bothered about the entertainment as we like to go out and visit the local bars. But lots of guests did stay in every night and appeared to enjoy. We have visited this hotel before some years ago and I have to say it is still as good. Predominantly German clients, not many English but that was fine. Very good. We have already booked to go next year.

We booked here for our August holiday as we wanted a hassle free all inclusive week in the sun. I really like Mallorca and we have often stayed in the south near magaluf. The beaches are lovely with soft sand and clear water. I liked the beach at Playa de Muro as the facilities are good (toilets, lifeguard, and outdoor showers). The beach had a nice pontoon you could walk out on and jump off if you wanted. The water stays ankle/waist high for quite a way out which is great if you have children or don't want to plunge straight into deep water. Lovely clear water too. The main beach is about five minute walk from the hotel. If you turn left outside the main door, follow the road around, where there is a small play park, a spar and a restaurant (Las Palmeras), you then cross over a bridge and walk straight ahead to the shopping area and the beach is directly ahead across the road. There is a Burger King, car/bike hire and cash point just before the road. The room is adequate and I found the beds ok comfort wise. My only gripe was the gap around the bathroom door which left very little privacy from the person sitting in the chair adjacent. Also, only 1 little soap was given for three people for the week and three little complimentary bottles (shampoo, shower gel and lotion) as well as a comb. Normally soap at least is replenished in any hotel I have stayed in. Other than that the cleaners were friendly and did a great job. Our room was directly I've the entrance awning so not a great view but it was fine as it was quite private and we were not really bothered by the noise from the hotel opposite. The food was pretty good for the price, I've certainly had far worse in all inclusives (the beer on tap in the dining room was nice cold Estrella, the self service wine had a choice of red, rose and white and there was juices, sparkling or still water. Tea and coffee machine was only available at breakfast but you can use the main bar for anything not available in the dining room. Although a little samey, the food had a good variety of salads, breads, fruits and cooked meals. Being a vegetarian I only struggled one day out of six to find something I fancied. The pool is quite small and I didn't really use it as I like to swim and with a few children and adults in there at the same time, it would be difficult to swim lengths. There is seating area with tables, plenty of sun loungers, a tennis court, table tennis and mini golf course. Inside there is a pool table (unfortunately out of use while we were there), an air hockey game and a few other arcade type machines. Indoor is a lounge area with some sofas at the top. Reception had a minimal funky white and orange interior. Whilst the lake is a very nice outlook, do take mosquito spray or get bitten a lot on the evening. Bar staff were always quick and efficient and friendly. I did find that the restaurant times were ok although a larger gap between lunch and dinner (breakfast 8.00-10am, lunch 12.30-1.30pm and dinner 6.30-8.30pm). I do think a little longer for lunch would be an improvement, also some afternoon bar snacks should be available (if you miss the lunch hour there is nothing available unless you go out). There was a bit of cake put out on the bar sometimes. The reception was efficient and helpful. Mostly entertainment was spoken in German, but Roberto made the effort to speak French or English if he knew there were guests from those countries. All in all I have to be honest and would not stay here myself again but I would recommend it if you don't mind smoking at the bar blowing into the lounge area and if you have children who would enjoy the non stop drinks and food variety (apart from the lack of afternoon snacks or ice creams which most All inclusive offer).
