Me and my husband ,my 2 brothers and there wives had a 2 weeks stay in September 2017, it's a lovely hotel very clean ,food was good plenty to choose from and the drinks were perfect ,we had a kettle in our room that was nice ,we were on the 5th floor over looking the pool and the sea view oh my God was fantastic ,a few steps from our pool to the beach was great ,the staff were lovely had quite a few laughs with them ,the hotel is in between Palma nova and magaluf best of both worlds and the pool area is a Sun trap loved everything about it will definitely go back again .

Good clean rooms all staff were pleasant food was good close to amenities, bar was good entertainment not bad would recommend for couples and teenagers not really for families. easy check in and check out

Good location hotel average food average staff friendly and welcoming room ok cleaning not up to standard in the bathroom area went Nov 5th won't go there again this time if year everywhere closed ai drinks good limited entertainment bingo and disco only will go back to Benidorm or Canarys next year

Went for a short very out of season break and really couldn't ask for more considering how little we paid. Rooms were tidy and clean. The bar area could do with refurbishment but again not expecting the ritz and it more than served it's purpose. Staff were always helpful especially the barman Juan who was always smiling and quick to serve everyone. All the food served was always nice and there was plenty to choose from. It's in a great location right on the beach and with great views from the balcony. Palma Nova is a short walk and so is Magaluf so whatever your reason for travelling the location is great. I would certainly visit again and recommend.

Having booked in for a quick, last minute break... we decided to go with the Fergus Tobago despite being unnerved by the very mixed reviews. Upon arrival and throughout our stay the hotel constantly exceeded expectations. Having spend very little on the break, we wasn't expecting much. However when we arrived the reception area was vast, tidy and very smart. Our check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Our room was large, very clean and we had a SUPERB view over the Bay or Palma Nova. Stunning Sea View. You could argue that the rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable was all we needed. There is a small, Flat Screen TV which shows some English Channels for those who want them, also Tea and Coffee making Facilities. In the bathroom we found courtesy soaps, shower gels etc which was un unexpected touch. The lifts in the hotel are quick and we never waited long - there are only 9 floors so a lot of the hotel wouldn't use them, we however was on the top floor! Back down stairs, on reception level there is a large lounge area which seemed to host one or two daytime dances etc but this wasn't served by a bar. Down another flight of stairs you had a large Bar and Lounge area which spilled into a Entertainments lounge. This large, main bar serves the whole hotel. This wasn't an issue for us but in the height of summer id imagine that could be a problem. In addition to this there was no apparent Queuing System. People just walked up to a free space at the bar and got served despite others waiting... again no issue for us as we was happy to wait but in summer this could be an issue. The outdoor area is large but probably not big enough for the hotel to be honest, the pool is quite small and sunbeds are few. However we didn't have any problems getting a sunbed and the pool was actually closed for the duration of our stay. This didn't worry us as you are literally yards from the beach... Speaking of which, the beach is accessible through the pool area and down 8 steps and across a quiet road. Literally on your doorstop. Lovely!!! The dining room is large and quite standard really. The food however was much nicer than expected, the choice was fantastic. Yes, everything wasn't always to my taste but there was always pasta's, salads etc... My personal opinion is that the food was very nice and plentiful. On one occasion the food wasn't warm enough for me but I just used the microwave available. We didn't really bother with the entertainment, there seemed to be a singer one night, disco, karaoke, bingo on others... standard stuff really. THE ONE STAND OUT POINT: The staff. I always hear people say how the staff can make all the difference and in this hotel they really do. They are SO pleasant, always smiling, always happy to help and always working there socks off. There seemed to be a small team really who worked long hours and genuinely made a huge difference to our holiday. The resort(s) of Palma Nova and Magaluf was pretty much shut, with the exception of a few bars in Palma Nova... We expected this however a good few people in our hotel found this a surprise and thus I feel it spoilt there break. In summary, this hotel is probably better than average and was a pleasant surprise. If I had paid £100's more my expectations would be higher, but all things considered we was delighted with our stay.

I stayed at this hotel from.the 27th to the 10th of November. It's a 3 star but a good one at that food good assorted meat . Met great people two brothers karaoke Colin and Dave brilliant guys and keep in touch . And a good hearted guy who is in the navy from Scotland who i had a good chat to . Plenty of respected for him about what he's been through if he reads this he will know who i am take it easy mate all the best . The hotel is a 2 min walk to the beach . The staff are happy the rooms need a little care beds are good so why moan for a 3 star it is good for a 3 star I would go back . And all so the hotel reception a man called said . The man will do anything to help always smiles talk to you nice runs about for everyone great guy . I think they need more than one to help him tho such a happy guy pulse sea views nice one

We spent a week in October here. Great value for money. I think some reviews are a bit critical. The food was lovely. Something to suit everyone. We where all inclusive and the beer on draught was San Miguel which was great. A few lovely cocktails. We had a great view of the beach. I would recommend the boat trip to Palma city , It was very enjoyable and you can buy a ticket from the stall out the front of the hotel. I would stay again

Needs seriously updating,no light on balcony only two wall lights in room, electric points few and far between can't get to several because of units, the food was overall very average fine if you like veal very very bland and repetative staff are fab they keep that hotel going wouldn't return

We, a family of 3, were moved here prior to leaving the U.K. and was a little dubious after reading some of the reviews. Yes its not the Ritz or Hilton but we weren't paying for that. Its a typical Mallorca hotel. Nothing fancy but we had a good time. Situated very close to the beach and shops. The food was o.k. and plenty of it, you can always find something. to your taste. The staff were all friendly and contrary to other reviews were not surly or unhelpful, quite the opposite. The entertainment is on the poor side but plenty of lively bars around if thats what you want. All in all a pleasant week. We were given a Sea View which would have been better if the Hotel Hawaii wasn't in the way !!!!!! altough we could see the beach. The Sun is limited around the pool and the beds are taken quickly with towels but no people until the afternoon.

Good holiday, next to the beech, plenty choice of food, not much choice of entertainment at night. Staff all friendly and always busy. I would stay here again as the hotel is also in good location for the beech, shops and attractions.
