The food was nice at the hotel espec buffet breakfasts tho in the evening - i was on half board- i thought it was naughty to have to buy a drink , water should have been offered and i did think it was cheeky to make you buy a hat to use indoor pool though would say pleasant staff on reception ......

We four had a really 😃fantastic week here at this hotel in early March. Connecting sea view rooms meant we could chat and share our holiday time to its fullest. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Welcome bottles of water was a nice touch. Occasional teething problems such as a faulty safety deposit box or a broken toilet ball cock was immediately rectified. Excellent and efficient technician service. Top marks here! Spa facilities were clean and in good working order. We all had full body massages - thanks Anna- we were all very impressed with your skill! It would have been useful to know beforehand that we needed hair caps to wear in the Spa. We could have brought our own rather than having to purchase one. Towel hire was free with a €10 refundable deposit. Clean towels available whenever you wanted. Entertainment was scheduled all day and evening. We had such a laugh learning to dance the Salsa, competing at Archery and taking part in quizzes. Andreas and Emily and their team of interns made our stay most warmly welcomed. They are very professional and were skilled with entertaining all ages. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and varied and of a high quality. Fresh food was cooked to your choice and liking at each meal. Our only criticism here was that vegetarian food was not always labelled. We either guessed or had to ask. It was often placed next to non vegetarian food and as a result utensils for serving were getting mixed up. Please Fergus - rectify this before our next visit! Staff across the hotel were friendly and polite and as helpful as they could be. Including the Jet2 representatives. Advice about places to visits, buses and taxis was easily available. The bar facilities we felt could be improved upon. Let me be clear the staff were brilliant! I suspect the waiters were limited in number due to it being the start of the season but sadly clients were left queuing very often. The entertainment staff were helping to clear tables when they could. More bar staff would be appreciated. Finally, the range of diet mixer drinks must be improved! One of our party was diabetic and the only diet drink apart from bottled water available was Diet Coke. Many people choose diet mixers with spirits or cocktails. Diet tonic and lemonade should be an essential offer! That said, we are confident Fergus will rectify this immediately and then we can start to book our return trip for next year and rate them as 5 star 🤩

Found the food bland, hotel rooms pokey further from the beach than we thought given a room over the generators noisy, sunbeds broken, cocktails bland hardly tasted of alcohol, dull entertainment would we go back no not at all, found the front office staff unhelpful and cold in manner when we wanted to move from our room to a room with less noise.

I'll start by stating the hotel itself is lovely, very clean, well presented and food was nice,But my partner and i are extremely disappointed by a few things which we found misleading when we booked. We understand that in march things will be closed or unavailable due to being out of season, but there was literally nothing to do to entertain my 4 year old son,the outside pool was too cold to go in,the Kids club room was small and only consisted of a few games consoles which my son is too young for,the 'arcade/games room' only had a couple of machines but they were out of order. There was no entertainment except for a disco at 8.30 each night which my son was already too tired by this point, and to which the older people in the hotel seemed annoyed by. The 'Heated' indoor pool was our only saviour but we were told when we went in that Kids could only use it between 1 and 3,which is not stated anywhere on the hotel info, and this is also the same time that the lunch buffet is on so you had to basically choose between swimming or eating. Also the pool was cold! My son wouldnt go in it,we complained about this a few times to be told different things, that it was 26 degrees (lies) then to be told it was broken another time. They increased the temperature after a few other people complained but not by alot,it was still cold, even the jacuzzi was only warm.we was also charged €3 each for a swim hat that you werent allowed in without,if this is compulsory then they should be provided free of charge. They had a variety of food to choose from although between meal times the only things to eat were dohnuts or pastry at the bar.We had a walk around the area each day to find something to do and there was construction all along the beach, jcb's on the sand (we had an email stating there would be road construction) no shops were open,it was like a ghost town.My son only had his tablet to stop him being bored but he ended up being on it all the time which obviously we didn't want.Everyone else in the hotel with Kids were bored and also disappointed, even the older couples and people without Kids looked fed up.This was obvious to the staff and reps but nothing was done to try help the situation, even just compromising on the indoor pool times would have helped.I think they should state that this hotel is ideal for cyclists as there were lots of them,it's definately not ideal for children out of season,we ended up paying for a flight home early as couldn't stand it any longer.

All seemed like clockwork getting to the hotel, its an hour from the airport, good roads. Everything to hand at this complex for all ages and kids. Lots of activities very friendly with many languages spoken. Would stay again.

We had a comfortable room with excellent views of the sea. The pool area always had loud music playing and was too intrusive. Fortunately there were large grassed areas away from the noise. The restaurant was OK and the service was good. Shops and the seafront are very close by. Would recommend it for most people.

This was our first visit to Puerto Pollensa and it is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is situated in the quieter area of the town which was fine by us and you can easily walk to the centre and the Pine Walk in 30 minutes. The hotels main draw is the close proximity to a lovely sandy beach which is huge it is literally 3 minutes walk. Inside the interior has been decorated and there are ample seating areas, the bar area is lovely and the restaurant large and airy where there is a pasta station plus a show kitchen cooking either fish or meat plus the usual hot dishes and salad station. Generally the food was good although at times there was a long queue for food. Also there was a long queue for drinks in the inside bar. We stayed All Inclusive but were surprised to find that Cappuccino was not included in the deal, and we felt the drinks to be a little weak. Bedrooms are smaller than some hotels we have been in but were clean with all white walls and furniture, there was a fridge in the room but no kettle. A safe can be rented for 3.50 euro a day. The bathroom had a shower over the bath with toiletries however these were not replaced and no tissues. Outside the swimming pool was rectangular with Lifeguard on duty and areas sectioned off. Sun loungers are very close together around the pool and we found it better to sit in the grassed area where there was more room. There was entertainment outside every evening which varied considerably some very very good others average. The entertainment staff work very hard with children's clubs, water activities and then evening entertainment. From the hotel it is an easy bus ride into Alcudia and the Old Town which is lovely. All in all it is a good hotel and hopefully we will be returning soon.

Lovely hotel. Food great. Plenty to choose from. Snack bar by the pool. Cocktail of the day was ok. We didnt like being cramped by the pool so we positioned beds a bit further away by the tennis courts and it was lovely and peaceful. would definitely stay here again.

Quality hotel for a base on our cycling trip.Very helpful staff.Room was spotless. We went all inclusive and the food was also spot on.central location approx 100 metres to the beach.Secure lock ups for your bikes and fully insured for piece of mind.

We were surprised that this hotel claimed to be a 4-star hotel and it certainly would not be classified as such in England. Our room was disappointingly small with poor furnishings, for example there were no chairs, no dressing table. The view from the room was over the roof of an air-conditioning unit although we could see the swimming pool. The queues to get food were really unsatisfactory and could have been organised much better without requiring the hotel to supply more staff. When one eventually got a plate of food, it was, however, surprisingly good. It was, however almost impossible to eat at the same time as one's dining companion. On the positive side, the staff throughout the hotel were most pleasant and helpful and always eager to please. We came with a group and maybe other guests would have better rooms and a different "board" status. We found having to wear a wrist-band a bit humiliating and my husband even had trouble getting a glass of water on night. Look carefully at what you are booking!
