Hotel not enough loungers for people. Food cheap..pasta..rice. need to introduce more variery. More thyme nights. Visitors are too noisy at nights..slamming doors..shouting in corridors late hours..very selfish. Need more lifts. Price for this 3* hotel is far to expensive for what you get. Some older couples do not visit the limited water park..but the price for this complex has gone up si they include water park in the total price not free at all the water park. And have to pay for loungers in the park. Should inc prices for water optional and charge accordly. Not fair on people who are not intetested in the water park and do not use it. We noticed how the price went up by £300 more per person in one year..and food was more pasta and rice from.previous all in all Price increased by over 40% quility of food decressed by over 50% Complete rip off Avoid if want quality..and quiet place to relax..only suitable for riff raff

Great family hotel, rooms very clean, lots going on for kids, good choice of drinks, food varied, you could always find something to eat even if you are slightly fussy. Pools are great with a free waterpark close by. There are some quiet areas if you need to get away from it all - overall fantastic family, lively hotel.

The resort is reasonably laid out and the food served at the main meal times is good standard. However you can't get proper cocktails or fruit ciders unless at premium paid for bar and in the evening it is hard to get a table for either of the two entertainment stages unless you have eaten by half 7 and make a bee line for the entertainment area. Staff are all good. Rooms are small but clean. There is generally at least a 10 minute wait for the bar despite the best efforts of the staff. There are just too many people for the number of bars they have. The pool areas are nice with plenty of beds available. The entertainment staff work hard. Good points and bad if the holiday had been cheaper I'd have fewer complaints but for the money I'd have expected more bars to reduce queuing and more tables available in the evenings.

The resort was very much in line with the description on the site - busy, noisy but good for families. If you are expecting top class accommodation and great food with table service then its not one for you. Everything is decent and the staff were great. It would be good if the guests used the bin instead of expecting staff to pick up all the plastic cups !!! A couple of suggested improvements would be to limit one of the pools to be for adults only and to restrict the use of the huge inflatables in some way. Plus if they had a couple of lines for soft drinks dispensers for kids it would make the lines at the bars a bit shorter. Entertainment was good - huge bingo prizes !!! Room was comfortable but a but small - outside seating is tiny but good for drying clothes and towels. Good for families with kids between 8 & 14

Having left it late to book our holiday this hotel came up at a reasonable price, hence our booking. I assumed there would be a lot of kids/families, but it was a little awkward to be virtually the only adults travelling on our own. That said the hotel proved to be a good base in that our room was kept very clean and the corridor was quiet. The night entertainment was a bit rowdy at times though. The selection of drinks at the bar was fair and the bar was quiet at times and very busy at others. We spent much of our time at the beach and occasionally at the waterslide park. We noticed just before we left that you get 20% off drinks at waterslide park if you are a guest. Definitely wouldn't return unless it is with children. That said it was a fair base given the price.

Just came back from this hotel and 1 week stay felt like a fortnight. Hotel was extremely busy ,you could not walk in a straight line for a meter without someone pushing into you or shoving you out of way. Went to dinner hall twice on stay, even though we were all inclusive we didn't want to wait in queue to get breakfast or dinner,so we eat out. At lunch our saving grace was burger hut that did great burgers but again 20 min queue at least. On couple of occasions pools were shut due to poo in pool, who doesn't put a nappy on a fully toilet trained kid? Our room was extremely small you couldn't use toilet unless door was fully closed, shower was a trickle had to wash my hair in sink ,thank god for dry shampoo. Although there was 7 lifts in Jupiter hotel they never worked and getting from 4th floor to reception could take up to 10 mins. While on our stay on 2 occasions kids got stuck on lifts themselves they were extremely upset not sure if that was down to bad parenting or bad service. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff ,they were really friendly it's a shame hotel let them down as well as customers . Hotel far to big needs at least another dining area for amount of people staying. I've been to nice hotels and bad hotels and never once written a review either way but after this stay I had too.please don't waste your money. To sum up it felt like the families that would enjoy this hotel are the kind of people that used to go to 18-30 holidays. But now are too old or because of kids need to go to this place. Wouldn't go back if I was paid and would never in a million years even if last hotel on earth would I recommend.

After reading the reviews I was extremely anxious about staying here .... I was so wrong me and my family had an amazing time there really was so much to do on site at the hotel and water park , the food is what you'd expect nothing amazing but also was nice and edible so no real complaints there , the selection of puddings was great , as was the selection of drinks at the bars ( jupiters bar seemed to have the best selection of drinks and also stocked ice poles not just ice cream) the hotel itself was well maintained the staff clearly worked hard to keep it clean and tidy , and they always had time to put a smile on a little ones face, the entertainment teams too were equally as good always had something fun going on around the pool and often had my children in fits of giggles , there's a selection of evening entertainment to choose from we seen many different shows and acts whilst there a few nights we also took the free bus down to the dock ( the free bus also operates during the day but stops at the beach) I can certainly say this is a holiday my children won't forget but on the other hand me and my husband now need one alone to recover lol but given the opportunity we'd definitely return x

Im going to be very honest..fair We are family of 3 stayed 7nights in 4th floor of the the Jupiter building as we booked for all inclusive, for check in took about 30mins and they were helpful. most of the staff were very very helpful and hardworking, we have no issue about this Room was good size and was very cleaned and bed was comfortable, we have no issues except a small hand washing soap was in the toilet the day we got in, after 3 days, no more hand washing soap was left and we had used our own after that. once we had to ask to the maid for an extra towel because they hadn't left an enough or may have forgotten, again this was not a major issue. Food&drink: not much choice in the varieties of food as in the third day i had eaten some salad since that day i had a diarrhea and from 5th days it i was feeling better, once i had to show to the serving staff (you know who) a raw chicken breast, not cooked properly as it was being served while cooking(show chef) in the Jupiter restaurant. since then i was very careful to eating there. only few variety of fruits was served most of the time. drink was fine in the restaurant but too much queuing in the bar most of the time had to wait in the que for 10 or more minutes. Although, we didn't find the any courtesy free bus ride towards the beach or to the market as some of the guest have claimed. we went to the market on the bus but we had to pay. Swimming pools was very clean and have loads of sun beds was available whichever pool you go in as there and there enough swimming pools for children and for adults, our little girl nearly six years, she was very happy and stayed all day in the pool somedays. for entertainment, we have no issue in this as our girl had a good time with the childrens fun team, hidro park was not far and we went there too have good time in the swimming pool bar, enjoyed most of the rides too. Overall we are ok with the experience we've had here, afterall this is a 3star hotel and may be not to expect more that what its this hotel and will not be returning again. Nsp, Guildford, Surrey

Stayed here for a week in July. Prefect hotel for families, don't think I saw one couple of their own without kids. So everything kid orientated. Different pools to choose from as well as a very shallow pool perfect babies/toddlers. Food very good generally and lots of choice at lunch/dinner, breakfast all the same everyday but think that the same anywhere you go. Entertainment was poor if I'm honest with very cheap, corny acts that weren't entertaining at all but the the last thing I look for in a hotel so didn't bother me. The only one big complaint I have is the biggest thing that annoys me about all inclusive hotels. The queue at the bar is the biggest joke I've ever experienced. 2 bars and tiny with 1 person serving. Yeah you expect to wait a few mins but 45 mins just to get a small cup of beer? you get to the point you don't order any drinks as you jus can't be bothered to wait that long. Had a good time but would never come back

We are just back from club mac Jupiter hotel in Alcudia Majorca,we had a really good time, the only couple of things I was dissapointed with was the food was a hit and miss, don't think some of the neat was properly cooked right and the night time entertainment was very poor, the kids entertainment was the same as 2 years ago when me and my family went to the Bellevue in Alcudia so thought it would have been different,if the food was better and the entertainment needs to improve, there was bingo on at 9 every night before the entertainment started and when it finnished a lot of people got up and left because the entertainment was so poor.
