If you are English do not book !!!!!!! You will end up being send off to a different apartment with no hot water and no aircondishioning . Do you want to walk 5 minits to use your all Inclusive ? Do you want to spend all your money eating out ? Do you want to spend half hour stood at the bar with no entertainment ? Dont book ......

We have just returned from this hotel and we're very sad to leave,,, weren't quite sure what to expect due to lack of reveiews on here but we honestly had the best time, hotel staff all very friendly, food was great , always fresh everyday, I'm a fussy eater but lots of choice and lots of fish, meat and vegetarian options, really can't fault the food at all ,, snacks available in between mealtimes which was nice. The pool opened its doors at 9 every morning which I loved as no fight or towels being placed on beds early, we always got a sunbed no matter what time we went, if you want an umberella it's prob best to go there for 8.55, good choice of drinks at the bar, lovely pool, it was never packed which was nice, rooms were lovely and just what you would want not being there much, can be cleaned everyday if you put your sign on the door,, lovely views over the mountains, short walk to local shops/ bars and restaurants, loved bar citrus ( English pub) ,, beach amazing, I actually can't fault this hotel at all ,,, mainly polish guests, a few Germans but all ok ,,, lovely grounds and recommend taking the local bust to Cala dor for shopping ect, we ended going up 3 times, fare was 4.60 for both of us to get there and same back, would def go back as loved the fact that it wasn't packed and not a really busy area. Big shoutout to the lovely receptionist Avril ! Loved our time at Belsana so much xx

Loved this place hotel was clean and tidy, rooms were more or less the same as most places and cleaned every day. Food was great expected the same old stuff night after night, but no we have a different selection most nights, staff super friendly. Only downfall no entertainment, small stage area but nothing happening, staff just played their own music. Pool was nice, great views of the sea and cliffs in the evening watching the sun set. Would go again more of a couples place than family I would say Great beach 10 minute walk away , with some shops en route, the Port area had plenty of restaurants and boat hire as well, a trip to Flantenix on Market day is worth it and a look around the church, bus is cheap enough

My husband and i have just returned from here after 10 nights off hell,we were the only english couple there for the 1st 7 days, what a nightmare full of polish, german and czechs all of which were rude and arrogant, after the 1st week another english couple came who we met last year at the same hotel. We could'nt believe the hotel had changed so much as this was the 4th year we have visited this hotel and extremely disappointed, and according to people we know in the area this hotel is fully booked with the majority being polish. The food was absolutely disgusting we ended up eating out at bar citrus, which i have to say is amazing. The staff were great especially albert, what a nice young man.Nothing more to say except we will not be returning and thats a shame...

Will start off with the down side of the holiday. the transfer can take up to 2h45m and after a flight this seems like an age. however we arrived and met by Anne in reception who was excellent. we booked in with the minimum of fuss and had a room on the 3rd floor overllooking the town and hills. this suited us as we looked at the se all day from the raised pool area. rooms were clean and tidy and looked as if they had recently been decorated. As this was our third visit to the hotel we have to say that the staff throuout were excellent, from the reception staff to the dining hall and bar staff. Rooms were cleaned every day with clean sheets and towels.Food: the food was adequate with a lot of choice and a decent selection of hot and cold meals. Cannot vouch for vegetarian option i'm afraid. The big difference this time from previous visits was that they have tried to break into the Polish market and apart from a few brits it was mainly Polish folk. However i must say unlike a previous review that they did very little hard drinking and we did not see anyone drinking to excess throughout the day. The Polish games person who organised different activities started to announce all activities in polish and english once he knew that we were present. Our idea of a holiday is to lay by the pool with a good book or three and look at the view out over the clifftop to the lighthouse. This we did to excess. In all a comfortable midish table 3* with 5* staff.

For a cheap getaway, this is fine, if you are into partying on vodka at 10am like most of the clientele were when we were there. The hotel is clean. The food was very basic, and not to our liking, and I think that the hotel clearly caters mostly to Eastern Europeans. My daughter found their behaviour quite threatening, although they were mostly drunk all day and night. After a night of no sleep, we left after one night and checked into a hotel 4 minutes away, which was the JS Colom. For a slightly increased charge, we had far nicer surroundings, better food, more comfortable beds and a quiet night's sleep!

Hotel rooms were fine , a little tired . Staff everywhere from reception to cleaners 5 star. Food could be better . The lack of entertainment is the big let down and none anywhere in Porto Colom . I would return if they put on a little entertainment but definitely a peaceful holiday .

The hotel has an amazing view of the sea as it is located on a small clifftop. We were lucky to have a particularly good view from a room on the top floor with an extra large terrace. The meals are good enough with a decent selection of cold and hot foods. The all inclusive bar service runs until 11 and is also good enough. The staff are really friendly and helpful. the only thing to take into account is that the place is not posh... it is exaclty what you pay for... a mid to bottom range all inclusive 3 star hotel....and in that category it is good

on entering the belsana you are greeted by surely the most helpfull and pleasant receptionist anne and avril.that you could ever meet. but it didnt end there the girls in restaurant are so polite and super friendly then barman agustin what a pleasant happy guy he is just allways helpfull and with a smile on his face.yes here the staff couldnt get better and thank you. the setting is to die for. hotel clean maybe a small need to update but nothing at all major. all in all a fantastic place to stay couldnt recommend it highly enough if we wanted to would i come back. yes in a heart beat. and thats with a few problems none of which hotel to blame for i.e mosquito bites one of which wasnt to great thnx barry and genia

We have just returned from this hotel. We arrived quite late, but the staff were great and made sure we were still able to have dinner. The food wasnt fabulous but it was sufficient. Staff at tge pool bar work really hard to keep you happy and always have a smile on there face. When it was time for us to leave we were worried as thought we wouldnt even get a warm drink, but the staff sent us straight to the restaurant before it opened so we could have food and warm drinks. The room wasnt great but we were comfortable enough. The one downfall was the transfer time. Was meant to be 90 minutes but was just over 2 hours.
