Stunning home in Malling with sauna

Beautiful, family-friendly holiday home with sauna, whirlpool and private garden, just a few steps from the sandy beach on the Danish Baltic coast.



The house has a cosy and very bright living room with wood-burning stove, sofa group and dining area, which is in open connection to the modern equipped kitchen. There are several cosy sleeping areas in the lovely bedrooms, the open loft and the annexe. The house also has a whirlpool and a sauna for wellness and warmth on cooler days. The beach, which has a bathing jetty and has been awarded the blue flag, is just a one-minute walk away.



There are many cosy farm shops in the area where you can buy local produce for a cosy barbecue dinner. There is also a good selection of restaurants within a few kilometres, including in charming Norsminde on the waterfront. There are also indoor swimming pools a short distance away and the opportunity to play padel tennis, for example.



The Fløjstrup forest is only about two kilometres from the house, where you will find a 25 km mountain bike route called "Marselisborg Sporet", which leads through the forest along the water to the city of Aarhus. Just 100 metres from the house you can take a bus directly to the city centre of Aarhus or you can take the light rail from Malling. Aarhus offers many cultural experiences, including the art museum ARoS, the family-friendly open-air museum "Den gamle by" ("The Old Town"), Tivoli Friheden, the cosy café district by the river and a variety of shopping opportunities. If you want to go on an excursion, you can take the ferry to the islands of Tunø and Samsø or drive to Mols Bjerge National Park, Djurs Sommerland amusement park or Legoland.
