Direct access from the living area leads out to a roofed terrace of 20 m2, which connects to the swimming pool. On the upper floor, 3 double bedrooms are arranged to provide comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
