Villa Piccolo Paradiso is located in Malinska, a tourist town on the island of Krk. The villa is situated in a quiet location in a blind alley. Its main asset, however, is a panoramic view of the sea. Since all rooms are positioned towards the sea, you will be able to enjoy the view from every corner. The villa has a heated saltwater pool, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It also allows pets.



The villa has 200 m² and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable, stylish and modern space for relaxing, hosting and cooking. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare meals, which you can enjoy in the indoor or outdoor dining area. The space is closed with glass doors that can be fully opened and in this way connect the interior space with the outside terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned.



The villa has 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, while 1 is on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds, with access to a balcony, and each has its own bathroom. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.



This modern villa is surrounded by a beautifully maintained 680 m² Mediterranean garden. A large part of the property is occupied by a terrace, which includes a heated pool with sunbathing area, a relaxation area and a dining area with barbecue. All encircled by stunning views of the surrounding greenery and the sea. There is also a private parking lot for 3 cars.



The villa is situated in an optimal location, a bit secluded, but still close to all of the amenities. Malinska is just a few minutes' drive away (a half-hour walk), and there you will find restaurants, cafes, shops and, most importantly, beaches. And if you want to explore the area by some other means of transportation, that is also taken care of – in the villa, you can rent a bike or a boat.
