This newly built Villa Mata is located in a tourist place Malinska, on the island of Krk, near the beach and many sights, but in a quiet area with a view of the sea. The total area of the villa is 300 m2 and has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a separate toilet and a fitness room. The rooms are very comfortable, each room has 20 square meters and its own bathroom.
Four rooms have a large double bed and an additional single bed and two rooms have large double beds. Villa Mata can accommodate up to 16 people in total.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, oven) and a bedroom, bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs are five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
From the living room you come to the beautiful terrace with sun deck, which is equipped with a shower, parasols, deck chairs, barbecue and a table with chairs.
The nearest shop is 400 meters, the nearest restaurant is 700 meters and the nearest beach is only 900 meters from the villa.

Familienurlaub
Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Wir waren mit 14 Personen und 4 Generationen dort. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet und für einen erholsamen Urlaub geeignet. Fragen konnte uns der Vermieter Nikola immer beantworten und hatte auch Tipps wo gute lokale,Strände o.a waren.

große Villa mit viel Platz und einer tollen Lage
Wir würden die villa tatsächlich sogar nocheinmal buchen. die kommunikation mit den inhabern verlief sehr unkompliziert und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit als wir bezüglich einer Freizeitaktivität fragen hatten. zudem wurde der pool für uns innerhalb des aufenthaltes 2x gereinigt. die aufteilung der villa ist wirklich für große reisegruppen gedacht. 6 schlafräume haben jeweils 1 bad. das hat das fertig machen und auch sich manchmal zurück ziehen sehr einfach gemacht. wir sind begeistert. gleich in gehweite gibt es zudem ein kroatisches restaurant, was wir auch sehr empfehlen können. die gehweite zum meer ist auch in ordnung. wir waren morgens motivierter weil es bergab ging und dann heim war es eher etwas mühsam, aber trotzdem ein bisschen sport war ok. man konnte auch wäsche waschen und die vielen aufhänger haben es einfach. wir hatten einen wunderschönen aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus in einem schönen Örtchen
Unser Aufenthalt war super schön. Das Haus enthält alles was das Herz begehrt und noch mehr. Die Vermieterin war total freundlich und kommunikativ. Der Ort Malinska ist ein schönes Fleckchen und man ist zentral zu den Lebensmittelläden untergebracht. Rund um eine tolle Zeit und ein wunderschöner Urlaub erlebt.
