Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben "in die Jahre gekommen" und sollte dringend "aufgehübscht" werden. Da es aber alles in allem der Ausschreibung entsprochen hat, keine Kritik hier. Da Vermieter spricht hervorragend Englisch und ist leicht zu erreichen. Wir hatten zu Anfang ein Problem mit dem Kühlschrank, Tags drauf war ein neuer da. Zum Ausgleich wurde uns ein kostenlose Verlängerung angeboten, wirklich sehr großzügig. Die Lage ist wirklich weltklasse, keine 80 Meter zum Wasser. Auf dem großen Balkon ist ab 14.00 Uhr die Sonne, auch sehr schön. Wenn man über den veralterten Zustand der Wohnung wegsehen kann, ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer echt perfekten Lage von Malinska.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer echt perfekten Lage von Malinska. Ein kleiner Weg vor dem Haus (50m) dient als Zugang zum Strand. Die Auswahl an Strandarten ist enorm (aufgeschüttete Kieselsteine, Beton gegossene Liegeflächen und natürliche Felsen Küste mit unzähligen Liegeoptionen) außer natürlich Sand alles vorhanden. Man kann ganz locker den Urlaubstag ohne Auto in Appartementnähe fußläufig erleben. Eine Konoba am eigenen Strand mit Pizza, Burgern und einheimischen Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für jemanden, der keinen Luxus braucht und sein Domizil hauptsächlich zum Schlafen nutzt, der wird über die etwas spartanische Einrichtung des Appartements drüber hinwegschauhen. Wer in seinem Urlaub gerne selber kocht, der sollte wissen, dass der Grill nicht in Betrieb ist (Pflanzen wachsen drüber) und der Herd nur mit drei Platten arbeitet. Wir haben eine elektrische Wokpfanne dabei, die das kochen auf der Terrasse/Balkon einfach zum Event gemacht hat. Der große Balkon war für uns das Highlight des Appartements. Hier kann man zum Teil das Wasser und den Hafen sehen (im Stehen). Schönes Verweilen und Wein trinken an den Urlaubsabenden war perfekt… gerade für Eltern mit Kind/er ein Traum.Der Vermieter ist erreichbar und meldet sich auch, wenn etwas wäre. In unserem Fall war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt… nachdem ich Bescheid gegeben habe, hat der Vermieter bereits am nächsten Tag Ersatz für uns organisiert. Auch mehr Handtücher haben wir spontan drum gebeten, was er auch schnell organisiert hat. Fazit: wir haben hier unsere Zeit hervorragend nutzen können. Durch Strandnähe und tollem Balkon, haben wir über die anfangs erwähnte spartanische Ausstattung drüber hinwegschauen können.
