Wir müssen zunächst sagen, dass wir das Gebäude kennen und 5 Jahre lang hintereinander ln einer anderen Wohnung dort den Urlaub verbracht haben, die deutlich günstiger war, leider aber verkauft wurde.Deswegen wussten wir, dass die Lage wirklich sehr gut ist, sowohl zum Strand, als auch zum Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und die Anlage gepflegt Nun zur Wohnung- sie hat eine gute Größe für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Bad ist geräumig und die Dusche bodentief und sie funktioniert gut.In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden, so etwas wie Flaschenöffner muss man aber mitbringen. In der Anzeige stand was von einer Kaffeemaschine, die haben wir nicht gefunden und eine Spülmaschine auch nicht. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch, allerdings fliegt bei Gebrauch gerne die Sicherung der ganzen Wohnung raus, also muss man dabei bleiben. Was uns wirklich gestört hat- die Wohnung liegt quasi im Dachgeschoss und im Hochsommer ist es dort unerträglich heiß und die Nächte kaum auszuhalten. Also wäre eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll .Die Toilette war zweimal in 14 Tagen defekt. Einmal war direkt zu Beginn die Toilette verstopft, was nach Meldung morgens, abends behoben wurde.Beim zweiten mal war die Spülung blockiert. Da mussten wir uns provisorisch behelfen, da erst 2 Tage später, nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, jemand kam.
