I was very happy to have found this hotel for an overnight in Male before transferring to our resort. The pick up and transportation from the airport was easy and seamless. The customer service was outstanding. The hotel contacted my resort to ensure a proper transfer the next morning and even provided a take away breakfast for us as we were leaving prior to breakfast opening. The room we rented was very large with a bedroom and living room and superbly clean. Highly recommend!

On the week of June 30, 2019 our family of four stayed two nights at the Somerset hotel, Malé, Maldives before going to Hurawalhi resort, Maldives. The hotel is located in the center of the city and has easy access to many local interests (anyway the city or the capital is less than 4 square miles). The size of the room is average, clean and comfortable. The air condition worked well on this particular hot and humid weather. All the staffs are incredibly helpful, courteous and professional. The room has two beds but our daughter wanted to stay with us so one staff made a sofa bed. The hotel also offers very nice and formal breakfast in a restaurant next door with many choices and very delicious. You can even order your own breakfast from the menu. As we needed to catch an early seaplane, the hotel staff at front desk gave us prepared breakfast bag at around 5 o’clock, and one staff helped us to get a taxi, then found out that it could not hold our four luggage and immediately called another taxi. A very thoughtful hotel and try to help the guests as much as they can. Overall it turned out to be a nice and fond experience for its friendly and helpful staff. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is great!! They pick you up and drop you off at the airport at no extra charge. Food is the best in Male and hotel staff has great hospitality!!! I stay here every time I go to Male!!!Get the deluxe room it is much bigger!! Regular room is a bit tight.
