Die Wohnung liegt super – vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen braucht man zwar ein Auto, aber auch das ist in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Das Haus bietet einen tollen Ausblick, ein angenehmes, freundliches Flair und ist liebevoll eingerichtet – mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In der Nähe gibt es auch gute Restaurants, etwa einen sehr netten Griechen und einen Italiener gleich um die Ecke. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, und der Stellplatz für das Auto ist ausreichend – selbst für größere Fahrzeuge. Das Haus bietet zudem viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, auch Ausflugsziele an der Ostsee sind in etwa einer bis anderthalb Stunden gut erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir können dieses schöne Altstadthaus auf der "Insel" nur weiterempfehlen, es ist alles so, wie in der Beschreibung mit vielen lieben Details. Sehr gute Lage, man kann fußläufig Restaurants, Geschäfte, Museen, das Kloster und den Hafen in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Wir reisten mit 3 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund.

Das Haus mit seiner Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt absolut nichts! Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist großartig und auch mit großen Fahrzeugen immer gut zu erreichen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und dem Schlafzimmer auf den Fleesensee ist zu jeder Tageszeit traumhaft schön. Die Betten sind ebenfalls hochwertig und wir konnten ohne Beschwerden oder Problemen "traumhaft" schlafen. Das ist bei den meisten Ferienwohnungen oder Häusern nicht selbstverständlich. Die Lage des Hauses auf der Insel der Inselstadt Malchow ist nicht zu übertreffen. Nicht mal einen Steinwurf entfernt kann man über einen Steg mit Leiter in den See zum Schwimmen. Die Nachbarn Marianne und Gerhard sind außerordentlich hilfsbereit und sympathisch und haben gute Tipps und Informationen zu allen Belangen im Ort und der Umgebung. Eine Sauna und der wunderbar gestaltete Außenbereich steigern zusätzlich das Urlaubsfeeling! Alle Gegebenheiten dieses Hauses ermöglichen einen entschleunigten Aufenthalt und somit einen außerordentlich erholsamen Urlaub.

Wir haben im August wundervolle Tage mit unseren drei Kindern im Haus "Wasserblick" in Malchow verbracht. Die Lage des Häuschens ist einfach traumhaft! Es liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom See entfernt, der private Badesteg lädt dazu ein, sich morgens kurz im See kurz abzukühlen oder einfach ein Sonnenbad zu nehmen. Auf der geräumigen Terasse genossen wir einen herrlichen Blick über den Fleesensee, auch der "Wasserblick" aus dem Erker des Schlafzimmers ist wunderschön! In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ist ein sehr netter Bootsverleih, eine Bootstour über die Seenplatte ist traumhaft schön! Das Zentrum mit seinen kleinen Geschäften, dem Fischladen, Eisdiele und Restaurants ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die frisch renovierte Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll und mit Stil eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in den Bädern ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen (Rainshower, Badewanne, großzügiges Bad). Das Highlight für kältere Tage ist sicher die Sauna mit Infrarotmöglichkeit (haben wir jetzt im Sommer nicht genutzt). Auch die Waschmaschine und Trockner waren sehr praktisch für unseren Familienurlaub. Die nagelneue Küche war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Eigentümer haben wirklich alles dafür getan, dass man sich als Gast in der Wohnung wohlfühlt!! Wir waren rundum begeistert und können die 5 Sterne voller Überzeugung vergeben!
