The island town of Malchow, also known as the "Pearl of the Mecklenburg Lake District", is located between Plauer See and Müritz, directly on the Malchower and Fleesensee. Malchow is a small romantic and dreamy city with about 6200 inhabitants. The old town center is located on a small island, you will also find the half-timbered town hall there. Experience cultural and culinary highlights. Our museums, artists, the ice rink and various locations are looking forward to your visit. The surrounding area offers many interesting destinations. In about 26 km distance you will find the Müritz National Park, in 20 km the bear forest or in 4 km the monkey forest with summer toboggan run. Visit the state capital Schwerin (about 90 km) or start from Malchow a trip to the Baltic Sea.

High quality holiday home in a beautiful old town location in the garden on the lake with two bedrooms for up to four people. Terrace, lawn for sunbathing, swimming. Mooring for guest boat and and shared use of a rowing boat negotiable. On the ground floor is the living area with kitchenette and the bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to a gallery and the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a 1.40 m wide bed.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wir haben schöne Tage in der Malchower Umgebung verbracht und vom Steg aus einen superkurzen Weg ins Wasser gehabt. Es hat uns in der Ferienwohnung gut gefallen.

Das positive vorweg, das Objekt hat eine sehr schöne Lage in der Altstadt von Malchow. Das Haus wirkt äußerlich nett und einladend und das Grundstück mit Zugang zum See sehr idyllisch. Nun zum weniger schönen Teil der Bewertung. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und eine Modernisierung zu empfehlen. Das Grundstück und der Steg sind nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung durch die Mieter des Hauses gedacht. Der Vermieter hat noch diverse andere Ferienwohnungen und deren Gäste dürfen den Steg und das Grundstück mit benutzen. Dies hatte uns sehr überrascht, da in der Beschreibung des Objektes, nichts dergleichen geschrieben stand. Da kann aus einem ruhigen Frühstück auf dem Steg schnell eine gesellige Runde werden. Auch der Vermieter, ein ältere Herr, hat eine sehr eigenartige Ansicht zum Mietverhältnis. Er war ständig präsent, saß am Steg und spazierte übers Grundstück man fühlte sich ständig unter Beobachtung und kontrolliert. Mitten in der, gegen 01h30 knallte er von außen unsere geöffneten Schlafzimmerfenster, mittels einem Brett, zu. Am nächsten Morgen darauf angesprochen äußerte er, es wäre zu windig gewesen und die Fenstern sollten dadurch verschlossen sein. Fazit: schöne Lage, fehlerhafte Objektbeschreib da keine alleinige Nutzung, Vermieter der ständig präsent ist

Wunderbar gelegene Ferienwohnung

Der Garten ist ein absolutes Highlight: sonnige Terrasse, schattiger Bereich unter Obstbäumen, sonniger Rasen und ein Steg mit Leiter in den (kalten) See. Die FeWo ist in gutem Zustand und gut ausgestattet, und die Betten sind bequem. Einziges Manko ist der nicht ausreichender Stauraum.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in genialer Lage

Das Hause ist uns sauber und sehr höfflich übergeben worden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist genial. Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ganz ruhig. Die Lage direkt am See und in der Nähe der Drehbrücke hat uns sehr gefallen.Man kann das Geschehen auf dem Wasser vom Steg ,von der Terrasse und vom grosszügigen Wohnraum verfolgen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Vermitter ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Kleines Manko ,kann der Gastgeber aber nichts dafür, es gibt keine Brötchen in der Nähe. Dafür aber reichlich Fisch und Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
