Magnificence in Malcesine

This apartment was exactly as described. Perfect location and spotlessly clean. Stefania was always prompt with communication but also unobtrusive. Be aware you will need to carry your luggage up three levels of stairs (we were aware ahead of time)...but its worth it for the amazing view. Excellent accommodation.

Apartment clean and had all the basics for making meals and eating at home which we did several nights. Exactly what we were looking for. Great view out of huge terrace. Restaurants just outside the door. Quick access to all the small streets of Malcesine and the famous Castello. Host very nice and responsive. Needed some light bulbs changed and she showed up in 5 minutes. Supermarket nearby…..walking distance …although expect hills. We had a wonderful stay

A fantastic spot right on the waterfront in the prettiest place on Lake Garda.

3rd floor apartment with a large private balcony looking West over the lake. Good sized double bedroom , living area (with sofa bed), bathroom with shower, sink, loo and bidet, and small kitchen area, all recently decorated, beautifully finished and in great condition. The owner could not have been more helpful, even coming out in the rain to sort out the heating for us! The apartment isn't accessible by car, which adds to the charm. Having free private parking a little way away was a great bonus, given the restrictions on local spaces. Malcesine is by far the prettiest place we saw, with dozens of shops, from those selling local goods up to a large and well-stocked supermarket close by. The harbour is almost next door to the apartment, which was very convenient for ferries to other parts of the lake. There's a huge range of places to eat and drink, most of which are amongst the central cluster of narrow cobbled streets and within 10 minutes' walk of the apartment. We didn't get to all of them so will be coming back again!

Wonderful lakefront apartment in Malcesine!

We loved our stay at Stephania's apartment. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and walking distance to everything. It is located right on the lake with an amazing view looking out over the water and the mountains. The terrace is huge and we enjoyed sitting out in the sun and enjoying the view. Stephania was very helpful and accommodating to us. We stayed with our two-year old daughter and she was able to arrange for a crib and high chair for us to use. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Erholsamer Urlaub mit unschlagbarer Aussicht

Wir waren zum 2. mal in dem Apartmenthaus. Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist die Dachterasse und natürlich der direkte Zugang in den See. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Stefania ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar funktioniert. gegenossen.undwerde werde

Traumurlaub in Malcesine

Unsere Wohnung im dritten Stock mit der großen Terrasse und der Blick über den See waren absolut traumhaft. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht, tolle Einrichtung, ruhige Lage, aber man war trotzdem mittendrin, vor der Tür gab es 3 Restaurants von dem das Al Marinaio unser Lieblingsrestaurant war, aber das absolute Highlight ist der direkte Zugang zum See, den wir auch täglich zum abkühlen und schwimmen, genutzt haben, besonders süß war es immer wenn die Schwanenfamilie oder die Enten ganz nah an uns vorbei schwammen. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich unser Vermieterin Stefania, sie hat bei der Ankunft unser Gepäck mit dem Lastenfahrrad zur Unterkunft gebracht, und als wir ein Problem mit dem Liegestuhl hatten hat sie sich auch sofort darum gekümmert, und nächsten Tag war das Problem gelöst. Grazie mille Stefania. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder Schwanenfamilie

Wunderschöne Wohnung am alten Hafen in Malcesine

die Dachterrassenwohnung ist klasse, für 2 Personen super geeignet und absolut im Zentrum direkt am See mit gigantischem Blick auf den See. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und wir hatte eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit ihr. Gerne wieder !

Tolle Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft, mit einem tollen Blick über den Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Alle sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Stefania ist eine super Vermieterin, die sich sehr um uns gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns rundrum wohl gefühlt auf der Dachterrasse und auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit direktem Zugang zum See. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist toll, des Weiteren gibt es einen Privatparkplatz in ca. 300 Meter Entfernung. Alles in Allem haben wir einen tollen Urlaub und Aufenthalt genossen und möchten nochmal vielen Dank an Stefania sagen. Viele Grüße Karin und Georg
