Apartment (100sqm) open all year, ( CIN IT023045B422TQ2DO8) built in 2015 about 90 meters from the center of Malcesine, 400 meters from the lake, in a quiet area. It is about 50 meters from the supermarket and the bus station.
It has: 2 double bedrooms, one with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with utensils (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave), large living room, flat screen television with satellite programs, large terrace with table and chairs and a private parking space right in front of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, sheets and towels. Cot for small children and high chair. The particularity of the apartment is the central location but at the same time quiet, you can easily reach the castle, the cable car station, the port of Malcesine where you can through the boats reach all other places of Lake Garda. WI-Fi included. The tourist-fee euro 2,00 per person per day ( 14 age old) and the cleaning euro 70,00 aren't included. You can pay before your departure.

Beautiful stay

We loved our place. Everything was well stocked and clean. It was in the perfect location and at the end of a day in town or at the beautiful lake it was the perfect place to come home to. Loved the huge comfy sofa as well! Balcony was also perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you for your warm hospitality and easy communication.

Brilliant holiday sons wedding at castle .

The only problem we had I thought everything was paid for to be hit with a 73eueros was disappointed I think this should of been in the bill when I paid it months . A bit disappointed .

Beautiful apartment

Visited for a wedding at the castle. Property, owner and setting all wonderful. Well equipped, spacious apartment. Situated near the centre, but peaceful with lovely view. Would return in a heartbeat.

Clean spacious accommodation close to town centre and ideal for families.

Attended with our daughter's family and 2 grandchildren for wedding at the castle. The apartment was clean and functional with large flat screen TV bench style kitchen table and very large settee. WiFi was excellent and enabled use of Chromecast for English recorded TV for grandchildren as only German or Italian TV available. There is a large supermarket within 5 mins walk with everything you would need. Electricity is obtained from solar panels so power is restricted and you may trip the system if you have too many appliances, There is a nail bar beauty salon located below property that have use of laundry facilities during the day so you have to do yours after hours (not a problem). They're lovely people and very accommodating. The property is ideally located just a short distance from town centre and is quite tranquil. Only negative issue is bad lighting on outside steps. There's a rather nice balcony area with bench seat that we didn't use because of potential dangers with young children. I would recommend this property over those in the centre because it is cheaper, quieter and within easy walking distance from the town centre with allocated parking.

Sehr schöne, gut renovierte, geräume Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, sehr zentral. Kommunikation mit der Agentur über WhatsApp lief gut.Leider ist der kleine Schlafraum sehr laut wegen Praxis unter der Wohnung (Klingel, Unterhaltungen, Parkplatz zur Praxis, Waschmaschine im Dauereinsatz).Auch der direkt angrenzende Parkplatz für Taxen(Wasch-und Wechselplatz) war sehr geräuschintensiv, 7 Tage die Woche bis in den späten Abend. Auch die nahe gelegene Kirche (Glocken) verkürzten den Schlaf leider deutlich. Die ( nicht abdichtende ) Verdunklung im großen Schlafraum war dauerhaft an Fenstern unter der Decke angebracht und konnte nur mittels einer hohen Leiter verändert werden bzw. das Fenster geöffnet werden. Elektrik schwankend, Kontakt zur Agentur hervorragend, Wohnung und Gestaltung sehr schön.Wen Lärm bzw. Helligkeit in Schlafräumen nicht stört, ist super in diesem Haus aufgehoben.

Perfect!

Great place, we had a wonderful time (Kids 0 and 3). The terrace-view directed to the lake is actually very nice, something you do not necessarily expect based on the pictures. We hope we will have the chance to come again!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit Stefania, die Übergabe vor Ort, alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. W-Lan einwandfrei. Schöne Raumaufteilung, alles ordentlich und sauber. Dazu ausreichend Platz mit der Möglichkeit der Terrasse, passt einfach alles. Gerne wieder.

Absolut tolle Wohnung

1A Wohnung und Lage. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im unteren Geschoss ist eine Massagepraxis, das obere Geschoss ist eine top eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles war vorhanden, wie im Inserat angegeben. 2 Geh-Minuten zum großen Eurospar Supermarkt, und wenige Minuten zur Altstadt. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts (13.-19.04.24) die Baustelle unmittelbar angrenzend in vollem Gange, spätestens ab 7:00 ging es los mit Bohren und Hämmern. Langschläfer durfte man nicht sein. Bei der Abreise erfuhren wir, dass im Sommer lärmintensive Baustellen in Tourismuszentren geschlossen sind. Stefania ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, eine ausgesprochen zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist perfekt. Supermarkt, Hafen und Zentrum sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Kindern.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir hatten 1 klein Kind und Baby. Es war sehr wichtig für uns dass wir überall mit Kinderwagen gehen konnten. Die Ferienwohnung hat wirklich perfekter Platz. Wir haben unseres Auto nicht gebraucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in zwei Schritten,der Stadt und See auch. Stefania ist gute Gastgeberin. Ich bedanke mich herzlich. Wir kommen gerne noch mal.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Die Wohnung war prima: das hübsche Haus, die extrem gut ausgestattete Küche, das stylische Bad, die bequeme, breite Couch, die tolle Aussicht auf See und Berge und die Nähe zum Zentrum von Malcesine. tolle Zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Uns hat die Unterkunft in Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut gefallen. Das Auto musste man die ganze Zeit nicht bewegen da die Wohnung sehr nah dem Zentrum lag. Der Check In verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wenn ein zukünftiger Urlaub am Gardasee geplant wird, werden wir auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft einplanen.
