Our apartment (50 sqm) is located on the ground floor directly on the lake. Spacious, modern furnished quadruple room with double bed and bunk bed. Living room with pull-out couch, dining area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
Air conditioning (individually regulated), Wi-Fi, microwave, Melitta, safe and satellite TV with flat screen are also at the disposal of our guests. Private parking (about 300 meters away). Storeroom and 2 bicycles. Deck chairs and fluffy bath towels. Sorry but smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Danke für einen super schönen Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang hier war super nett, Roberta hat uns willkommen geheißen mit sehr viel Freundlichkeit und einem großen Obstteller undeiner Schale mit Marmelade, Brot für den ersten Hunger.Wir haben uns selten so wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Jederzeit wieder

Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin, Roberta nett empfangen. Haben uns schnell eingelebt und falls wir Fragen gehabt hätten, wäre Roberta sicher hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben im Fontanella 5 Tage verbracht und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige, wo wir sehr gelitten haben, waren die harten Matratzen. Sonst ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere, ausgesprochen ansprechend gestaltete und möblierte Wohnung in fantastischer Lage direkt am See, also ideal zum Schwimmen. Auch das Panorama und die Umgebung sind toll. Roberta und Luca als Gastgeber waren supernett und hilfsbereit - danke nochmals! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, es war ein perfekter Urlaub.

Super Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir verbrachten unseren Sommerurlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Roberta. Die Wohnung ist SEHR sauber gewesen und natürlich in bester Lage zum See. Roberta und Ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Alles im allen so wie mann sich einen perfekten Urlaub vorstellt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben zufällig diese tolle Wohnung direkt am Wasser entdeckt und unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht zu toppen:5 Meter bis zum Wasser des Lago di Garda! Herrlich!👌👌👌

Das Appartment von Roberta und Luca lässt keine Wünsche offen! Durch die Lage direkt am See mit dem grandiosen Ausblick auf das kristallklare Wasser stellt sich sofort ein mediterranes Lebens-Gefühl ein! 🌊🌊🌊 Alle Räume sind perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben alles in blitzsauberem Zustand angetroffen! 👌 Mit dem Fahrrad kann man sowohl Richtung Norden wie auch nach Süden direkt am See entlang radeln, momentan zwar etwas eingeschränkt, da die Bauarbeiten für den Radweg rund um den See voll im Gang sind. 🚲 Wir hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder dabei und konnten sie sicher im abschließbaren Schuppen unterbringen! Den Tisch und die Stühle auf der Terasse haben wir auf die kleine Kiesbank am See gestellt und konnten quasi mit wasserumspülten Füssen die Sonne genießen! ☀️☀️☀️ Direkt um die Ecke konnten wir vom örtlichen Fischer fangfrischen Gardafisch 🐟kaufen, in 150 m Nähe gibt es einen Mini-shop, der fast alles hat und 7 Tage die Woche von 7:00 - 19:00 geöffnet hat! In nächster Nähe auch ein kleines Restaurant/Bar ("KUTA BEACH")mit lecker Kaffee, ☕Wein, 🍷Pannini und Brioche - und nicht ganz unwichtig: Angelo und sein Team: sehr sehr freundlich👌👌👌 Bei Fragen unsererseits waren Roberta und Luca immer sofort erreichbar! Es gibt nur eine negative 😀Kritik: Meine "Geburtstagsferien" waren viel zu schnell vorbei!😀 Wann immer es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder an diesen wundervollen Ort um die Gastfreundschaft von Roberta und Luca erneut zu genießen ☀️☀️☀️

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal im Zentrum vom kleinen cassone und direkt am Wasser. Es sind fußläufig vier Restaurants und ein kleines Lädchen zu erreichen, wo man alles Notwendige jeden Tag erhält. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin Roberta war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch die Grundausstattung an Brot, Marmelade und Obst war sehr großzügig. Die Fahrräder sind prima, um nach Malcesine oder Castelletto zu radeln. Auf der Terrasse sitzend hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und vorbei flanierende Menschen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem kleinen, nicht so überlaufenden Ort am Gardasee.
