A lot of hotel for the price. We had a family room with an upstairs mezzanine bedroom which was clean and great for a family of four. Pool, bar and restaurant were all good. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I have seen - so much choice it was impossible to try everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly - always greeted us with a smile and a 'hello'.

I had a delightful experience at this hotel. The accommodations were superb, offering great value for money. The service provided was excellent, and I would certainly choose to stay here again in the future. However, I cannot recommend the spa service based on my personal experience; during my massage, I requested it to be stopped after just 10 minutes due to an unsatisfactory experience.

Good value for family stay

We recently stayed in a family room at the Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. The two-level room was spacious and the kids enjoyed sleeping in the twin beds in the upstairs loft area. The breakfast was very good, as was the overall customer service and attentiveness. We would stay here again!

Excellent Hotel with great Staff

Excellent hotel with warm friendly staff. Wide variety of buffet breakfast choices. Amenities are in tip tip condition. Location maybe not so central but Grab and Gojek transport services are very easy to get and very cheap. Overall this will be our hotel to go to when we visit Malang again.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay.

We have enjoyed our stay and very good and wide spread of local food for the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended and would definitely like to stay again if we ever return. A pity we did not have time to enjoy the simming pool.

Nice hotel layout. The sense of arrival, the seating area, the view toward the pool...the bathrooms of the rooms must be upgraded. Overall pleasant stay. Also they should maybe have a wine list, minimal but at least some options. Only beer at this hotel.

Wonderful staff and hotel. Ideal location for central Malang and huge choice at Breakfast. Bedroom large (maybe could do with a bit more character- a picture or two!) but very clean. Will deffo return!

Probably the best hotel in Malang

This must be probably best hotel in Malang. Great service, they allowed early check-in, clean rooms, rich and tasty breakfasts, pool with relaxing area around it. Wi-fi connection also good. If I ever go Malang again, Santika Premiere is my first choice!

Hôtel accueillant et propre.
