Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time and home was very accommodating. It had everything that we needed and host was very responsive to any questions. Also had some great fishing!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home in Malakoff! The property is perfectly situated on the lake, offering stunning views and a gorgeous sunrise we enjoyed from the dock. The host was accommodating, allowing our uncle to bring his boat, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere.However, there were a couple of minor issues. We noticed a wasp nest in the backyard with active wasps, which made us cautious while outside. Additionally, the kitchen stove and BBQ grill grates could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these small drawbacks, the overall experience was great, we would definitely stay there again and we’d recommend this property for its location, comfort, and charm!

What a great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay in Star Harbor. A very nice, clean and well stocked house perefect for relaxing and a family occasion. We rented boats nearby and had a blast on the lake.we will definitely come back.

Exceeded Expectations!

The property was great! The home was very clean. I loved cooking out on the electric pellet grill. The bed in the master bedroom was surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to any family looking to stay at Cedar Creek Lake. Enjoyed being able to fish just footsteps from your back door. Kids loved the jacuzzi! The host was fantastic!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was well-appointed, and we were comfortable. Super easy check in and out.Enjoyed two local wineries and Athens Brewing Company. Shopping around downtown was fun!

It needs a good cleaning/wipe down from normal usage. There were also too many spider webs that appeared to have been there a while along with dead bugs for my liking. Wish there was an option of privacy shades in the living room. The linens were clean.

Perfect Getaway

We loved it! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The hot tub was a bonus for my 3 year old who, wasn't old enough to enjoy the slide down into the lake with his big brother. My older son caught several fish right under the dock. We could have happily spent a few more days here, if only we had the time! The owner was pleasant and easy to communicate with before and after booking.

Awesome time!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! House was clean, master bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on, and hot tub was a great addition! The host was quick with responding and very kind! I would highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed. Inside is clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it even better is if there weren’t so many spider webs throughout the outside patio and deck area. This home is great for a summer get away at the lake!

Much needed weekend

We had the best time at this property! It was a much needed weekend away to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house worked so well for us we even talked about booking again in the summer so we could use the slide and kayaks!
