This is a good hotel equivalent to a UK Premier Inn. There is a free breakfast which had a wide choice and was of good quality. There was some work being done locally but wasn’t much of a problem for us. There was a bar on the roof (bit expensive) which was quite good. If parking is needed then you’ll need to rely on street parking. You can park overnight free of charge but a good tip is to buy a parking ticket the night before (2 hours for one and a half euros) and this will start the next morning automatically and take your parking to 11am. Good location in the centre of town.

Pleasant staff, room perfect, clean and functional, fantastic breakfast. Overall would use again. Nice balcony, clean towels and bathroom products included. Great value for money in the centre of town.

Visit Eme de Miguel restaurant for great food. Being a bed and breakfast hotel you need to go out to eat. This restaurant and many more close by all offer a wide range of food to suit all tastes. San Pedro devAlcantara is a lovely village and is centrally located to reach all areas.

I stayed here for 6 nights with my siblings for a birthday celebration/vacation. We chose for the location as it's close proximity to where my brother lives. Checking in was quick and seamless. The staff at the hotel were kind and polite and the hotel itself was great, for what you paid. The location is perfect, a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and a supermarket literally across the road. There are also restaurants and shops nearby. A nice alternative to Puerto Banus, where I usually stay. Unfortunately, I was given a room outside the elevator (Room 406 in this case). Despite having a door separating the elevator hallway and my room door, there was always noise from people using the elevator. I could have asked to move, and maybe I should, but I decided to stay throughout my trip. There was also a lot of external noise. San Pedro is constantly changing and one of things they're doing is converting the road outside the hotel to a pedestrain walkway. That meant roadworks began at 8am every morning! We weren't informed of the distruption by the hotel prior to booking, but I was aware since my brother lives in the area. Also a lot of noise from people sitting outside the nearby restaurants in the evenings. That may be an issue once they complete the walkway and those restaurants are busier in the summer! They are also open late. I wore ear plugs while sleeping and they somewhat did the trick. The windows and balcony doors do cut out a LOT of the noise from outside, but unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and it doesn't take much to wake me, hence the ear plugs. Breakfast was great, a lot more choices than I expected. There was always seating, however we went just after the summer season, so I'm guessing the hotel wasn't as busy. I did take a look at the rooftop bar but didn't stay. Just took pics as you do have a great view of San Pedro! There's a taxi rank outside the hotel, which is very handy! All in all I had a pleasant stay and will stay there again! Next time I'll ask for a room not outside the elevator!

We were a group of 6 who wanted separate rooms. NH offered us doubles for single occupancy and we were delighted with that offer. We stayed for 2 nights on a B&B basis. All in all this was a good value hotel. (One small caveat: bed linen and towels were a bit worn)

Is a really normal Hotel, Nothing especial, the stuff are not really good english speakers. The rooms are really small, the bed confortable, zero goods views. to get into puerto banus you must get the Bus number 79 or a cab, it is not a walking distance place.

5 nights stay at this clean tidy little hotel in San Pedro we normally stay in Puerto Banus but wanted to try alternative place for cheap weekend away. The hotel is excellent and location easy. Staff friendly and our room was large and breakfast excellent

Main bus stop just around the corner. Beach 30 min walk. As it was very rocky I walked to Puerto Banus (1.30hrs from hotel).Supermarket rigth close.Clean hotel. Nice personal. Sufficient breakfast good selection of cheese, fruits, a bit short on hot breakfast. But it was good for me.

The room was a lot smaller than it looked on line! although it was clean with regular change of towels, although they were like cardboard. There is not anywhere in the hotel to sit and rest to enjoy the sunshine or read a book as you would on holiday, and the balcony is very small, the sun terrace opens at7pm but is not in use before that and when we asked the question if we could use it we were told the hotel does not actually own it. It was a good breakfast and the staff were friendly, but would not use it again, it seems used more like a business/corporate hotel than a holiday hotel.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Hotel is modern and centrally-located. However there are noisy roadworks going on outside and no mention was made of this when I booked. Reception staff told me the work is scheduled to continue through October so the hotel would have been aware when taking my booking. I would naturally have wished for an opportunity to consider staying somewhere quieter.
