The staff was very friendly and helpful! We hadn’t to care about anything and they even parked our car. The breakfast came with a huge variety and you could order eggs in any style or pancakes at no extra costs.
I do not have a bad word to say about this hotel. This was our third visit and the standard is superb. All the staff seem genuinely happy to help. The hotel is peaceful and the facilities are everything you could wish. Will be back when next in the city.
The hotel does not live up to the standard of the listing. It’s poor maintenance, especially the bathroom, the staff did not pay much attention to fill up with towels, water etc in the public areas. Especially the pool area was neglected.
This is the second time we have stayed at the Vincci Seleccion Posada del Patio and it was equally as good as the first. The location is good for Malaga old town, the roof top pool is and sun deck is excellent, the rooms are an in excellent condition and kept very clean. The showers are super - overhead rain shower with great water pressure. The staff are also very polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Malaga
Quite an elegant setting for this hotel on the edge of the Old Town and there are ancient ruin walls, which you can view downstairs upon entry. BREAKFAST: is quite lovely with much to choose from and food can be cooked fresh. ROOMS: On the smallish size but I had a comfortable double bed for a single person moreover, it was quite stylish. The room contained: a TV, safe, air-con, plenty of excellent bathroom products, fluffy bathrobe, hairdryer, laundry bags, tea and coffee facilities, full mini bar fridge, double bathroom sinks. The hotel provides a free, small bottle of water. My room looked inwards with no view, but it was quiet. I did have to change rooms initially because the first room smelled of cigarette smoke, but the second room was excellent. STAFF: are most helpful, and the service was second to none. LOCATION: Besides being close to the old town with plenty of sights and restaurants, it's a reasonable walking distance to the harbour and adjoining beach. I can recommend booking the Antonio Banderas restaurant, Pimpi and also the roof top bar overlooking the Roman Theatre, Batik which is above a hostel because the view is heaven. I did not dine at the hotel restaurant or use the hotel bar but ventured up to the quaint pool which has sun loungers. You will need to get there early because it can be heaving with people. There is also a gym. A handy taxi rank is right outside the hotel, and it's approximately a thirty-minute drive to the airport. It's also a twenty-five-minute drive to Torremolinos (beaches) which costs about €25. I highly recommend this lovely city hotel in Malaga.
It is a very nice hotel in city center of beautiful city of Malaga, the staffs are very polite and try to give best services to the travelers,we had a problem in our booking but they fixed it very politely specially the manager Elena is very polite ,and patiently tried to give us best services.the hotel has a nice pool on the roof,it has access to many nice restaurants and the cathedral in some minutes.when they were building the hotel they found ancient ruins that now u can see that in the -1 floor of the hotel.
Great hotel. Excellent location. Beautiful city with great bars, restaurants and historic buildings to visit. Also handy for the beach. Weather was 30 degrees every day with evenings not cold at all. Overall, already looking to arrange return visit.
Wonderful hotel with excavated Roman and Arabic walls in lower floors. But humidity odour is all around. Malaga market is just one minute's walk away--and you should definitely eat there! To the other side of the hotel, less discovered by tourists, you find real local bars and restaurants. Vegetarian and even Vegan dishes are offered in many places.
Its central, the attic rooms are beautiful, the staf is excellent from the reception to the departure, they couldn't be nicer or more helpful.Didn't like the menu at the restaurant, so I went out and found about 10 diferent places to eat!! stayed at 3 different hotels in Malaga and this is the one I would go back to.Be aware the are 2 Vincci locations.
Very central location...don't know if our room was 5 star...stayed in nicer 4 star on this trip. Reception were excellent ,very knowledgeable and helpful. Pool area was disappointing, needs a bit of updating.
