The property is spread over two levels. On the main floor, an open-plan space integrates the living-dining room, kitchen, and a private terrace, creating a bright and welcoming environment. On this same floor, there are two attic-style bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190 cm). Additionally, there are two full bathrooms with shower trays, one of which has a bathtub.

On the upper level, there is a third open bedroom, also attic-style, equipped with a double bed (150x190 cm). The apartment is equipped with fiber optic internet connection, Smart TV, and an elevator that reaches the floor with no stairs at the main entrance.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
