The palace is wonderful. The key's system is very functional. We had a room with two bathrooms: new, clean and very useful. Chairs in the living room didn't look very clean (covered with tapestry) and neither did the decorative cushions on the bed

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is fantastic! The interiors are stunning and everything feels high quality, new and super clean. The two bathrooms are fitted with excellent showers, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is fitted with everything you need. The location is also very good! The terrace is shared with another apartment and is accessed by the bedroom so it's not very private. As others mentioned, there's very little space to hang clothes or store luggage but for a short stay, this didn't bother us.

Overall a superb place to stay - would recommend

Great location, within a 5 min walking distance into the historical city centre. The apartment was extremely clean with an easy access link to get inside (smartphone link access). Once inside, keys are available if preferred. Plenty of utensils and kitchenware appliances if needed. Bathroom was a good size and extra toiletries are provided. Bed are super comfortable and we loved that the apartment overlooks the central courtyard. Storage is quite limited for clothes but the apartments are spacious so we just left stuff around. Air conditioning was great, although it took us a while to change the smart control unit to our own language.
