Located close to the beach Malagueta, this incredible penthouse is located at the last floor in this building first line in the beach and new harbour in Malaga. With a very wide living room and four sunny bedrooms, you culd enjoy wonderfull seaviews, frontal harbour and panoramic view to the city of Malaga. We have cradle to you disposition.

There were aspects of the flat that were fine but many more aspects that were negative. The overall smell in the unit was musty & in one bathroom had a very unpleasant odor. It was very windy so the outdoor shutters banged all night as well as a frequent beeping noise made it difficult to sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable, towels were old/ worn & couches were covered in sheets. The positives was that it was a 4 bedroom & close to the beach.

Wonderful penthouse apartment .

Loved this apartment. We stayed for a month with visiting friends and family. Great location. Wonderful views of both the harbour and beach. Balcony perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. Spacious, well kitted out. Comfortable. 1st class support from managing agent. Great location, near city centre, beach and many excellent restaurants.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Sehr gut, es müsste der Zugang in das Parkhaus Muelle besser beschrieben werden, vor allem, wo man genau den Parkausweis hinhält und dass nicht die Schranke vor dem Fahrzeug, sondern rechts neben dem Fahrzeug danach geöffnet wird. Ich füge noch ein Foto ein, wohin man die Parkkarte bei der Einfahrt halten muss.

A great spacious and complete apartment with beautiful views of the harbor and the Mediterranean Sea

Check in contactless well arranged. It would be nice if it was communicated well in advance that you would receive the code of a key lock a day before arrival. Kitchen well equipped with everything. Cozy living room with a lovely balcony. Bedrooms; the mattresses need to be replaced. Or a topper has to be put on it. Such springs in the mattress are no longer of this time! The master bedroom is okay. There was a lot of dust and clutter under the beds and in the corners and we found English change. The small and large bathroom can be refurbished. Everything works, but the furniture has suffered a lot and the toilet runs continuously. In the small bathroom the shower head does not stay on and it does not smell fresh. The noise of the ferry in the evening at night and in the morning is very disturbing. We don't know why the engine of this boat has to run continuously. But it does not give a peace and quiet feeling. We were not bothered by the sounds of the city. Malagaflat was quick to respond to questions. Were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much in Malaga and on the 13th floor of your apartment.
