Newly made apartment, totally new, with all the comforts, next to the center, 5 minutes from the sea and next to the train and bus station. If they come with the plane they can take a commuter from the airport that leaves them for about 2 euros in almost 10 minutes at the door of the apartment.
There are several shopping centers within 2 minutes walk, several restaurants and parks. Surely they love it!
