A lovely studio, totally renovated and fully equipped. Approximately 50 m2 including a private terrace of 13 m2. Ideal for two people.
"La Niña Chica" occupies the top floor of a 4-storey building from 1970`s. Like many of these small buildings in the city, there is no lift. It is located right in the centre of the city, in a very Malagueño neighbourhood that is evolving into an artist’s quarter, with galleries, musicians and handicraft workshops and next to La Plaza de la Merced, the Picasso Foundation Museum and the Cervantes Theatre.
It is quiet neighbourhood, with small grocers, bakeries, fishmonger etc. The gastronomic market is just a step away. The apartment is bright. It has a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living room with Wi-Fi access through out. The private terrace, with a north orientation, is perfect for spending the hot days of Malaga, relaxing, reading and enjoying a dinner or breakfast.
The beach and harbour are a 15 minutes’ walk. There are also a wealth of restaurants, bars and great bakeries within easy access.
The main bus and train station is 20 minutes’ walk or roughly a 7 € - 10 € taxi ride. There is free street parking nearby, and public paid underground parking close by.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great apartment in Malaga

The apartment was exactly as described. Small but perfectly formed with the great bonus of a terrace and a very short walk from everything Malaga has to offer. The apartment was very well equipped and was perfect for our month long stay, but it would be just as suited for a long weekend given its location. Very good local supermarket with market stalls only 100m away and one of the best restaurants in Malaga at the end of the street. Jack was very responsive and he will be our first port of call for our next trip.

We had a terrific stay at this apartment which is really fresh and modern with interesting styling features. The penthouse terrace was great for relaxing with views of the rooftops to escape the bustle of the city, but close enough to the busy centre for easy walking. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Recommend the little arty bar directly across the road from the apartment.

L'appartement est idéalement situé (proche du centre ville, musées, monuments, magasins d'alimentation, restaurants et plage) dans un secteur très calme (peu de circulation). Le logement était propre, confortable et très bien équipé. La terrasse est un atout majeur, nous y avons pris tous nos repas. Nous n'avons manqué de rien lors de notre séjour d'une semaine à deux personnes. La communication avec le propriétaire et Hannah a été excellente. Ils se sont montrés arrangeant pour nous accueillir (horaire avion). Le petit cadeau de bienvenue nous a fait un grand plaisir. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

J'ai passé 5 jours formidables dans ce superbe appartement, très fonctionnel, avec un balcon offrant une belle vue dégagée. L'appartement est tout neuf et offre beaucoup de d'options comme la climatisation, une plancha, la tv. Situé en plein centre ville avec beaucoup de commerces autour mais dans un quartier très calme. La literie est également très bonne. J'ai adoré y séjourner. Merci à Hanna qui s'occupe de remettre les clés de l'appartement, qui est adorable et est à notre disposition si jamais nous avons besoin. Thank you so much Jack for your great appartment!!! I will be back!!!
