Upon entering, you will find the living room, which is connected to a fully-equipped minimalist kitchen with metallic white tones, seamlessly integrated with the living room. In front of it, a wooden dining table with seating for six, and a beautiful living room with a two-seater sofa and armchair in shades of blue. Additionally, there are four bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a double bed. The other three rooms include two with two single beds each and one with a single bed. Furthermore, the property has two bathrooms with fully-equipped showers for your hygiene and relaxation.

Nice location, nice apartment

The great: Lots of space in this rental. Four bedrooms, 2 baths. Comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of plates and silverware in the kitchen. A comfy sitting area. The good: The neighborhood is pretty good. Felt fine to walk around, plenty of restaurants. Super easy to walk to either the historic Malaga section or waterfront. Very easy to get to public transit. Check-in requires going to office first to pick up key, but it was easy. The less good: The apartment is in a building with mainly businesses? So, from Friday to Sunday there was no lighting in the first floor of the building. You come in-- pitch black. No safety lights or even motion-detecting. Also, this is a loud location. Busy street was expected. However, three of the bedrooms are located overlooking the trash bins, which it may be important to note that people empty large amounts of wine bottles into at all hours. That was a surprise that we wouldn't have thought of from looking at the location. The much less good: The loudness might not have been apparent, except that the air didn't work, so we had to open the windows.We let the property manager know and they sent someone to fix it. That took a better part of a morning and could not be fixed. The property manager texted they would drop off fans. They did not. This meant either be too hot or open windows and let bugs and noise in. For as nice as the apartment is, this made it a very uncomfortable stay.

A lovely apartment located close to the downtown area of Malaga. With a major bus stop just outside the main entrance and the beach a short walk away, this apartment met all of our families needs for a lovely stay.

Tolle Wohnung, aber ohne Parkplatz

Die Wohnung hat eine top Lage, ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist, liegt die Wohnung ideal, da sie sich mitten im Stadtzentrum befindet, mit Bushaltsstellen direkt vor der Tür und S-Bahn Richtung Torremolinos/Strand nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Von daher auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es wegen der unzutreffenden Beschreibung, dass es "praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände gibt". Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war der vermeintliche Parkplatz ein entscheidendes Auswahlkriterium für die Wohnung. Entgegen der Beschreibung muss man aber entweder kostenpflichtig im Parkhaus parken (liegt ca. 5-6 Min. zu Fuß entfernt und kostet 17 Euro pro Nacht) oder versuchen, auf der Straße einen Platz zu finden - das ist zwar abends/nachts kostenlos, aber schwer zu finden.
