With an area of 70 square meters and a capacity of up to 6 people, this is an exclusive home decorated with the utmost attention to the smallest details and the best qualities to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

The living room has a relaxation area with a two-seater sofa convertible into a bed for two adults, from which natural light enters directly. As for the bedrooms, the main one has a double bed, and the second one has two opposite single beds. Finally, on the upper floor, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers.

Equipment and facilities: a television with satellite channels, high-speed WiFi internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, ceramic hob, juice extractor, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Decent place

Place was fine, but the kitchen is not particularly well kitted and using metal spatulas on Teflon pans is so wrong. I imagine that in a few months, the pans will be terrible. There are only about 10 clothespins to use. Place is pretty worn, too. The patio loungers are broken down and pretty uncomfortable and unusable as a result. When we arrived, the outlet in one of the rooms was pulled out of the wall with wires exposed. They did fix that quickly, though. We had issues paying since you pay through the company instead of VRBO and none of our cards would work. They recommended wiring the money from our bank which we declined to do. Conversation went back and forth with multiple plans proposed and then cancelled. We had to go pay at the office the day after arrival. We were also told to call a number to be buzzed into the apartment since we arrived late and the guy we talked to had literally no idea what to do. He kept telling me to refer to my check in instructions (which were to call him). Fortunately someone else was going into the building at 2230... Overall it's not a terrible location, 15 min walk to old town, 2 blocks to the metro or the big bus/train station. It a bad place, but not exciting either

Rapport qualité prix décevant

Points positifs : propreté, logement rénové récemment avec goût, salle de bain. En revanche, logement sombre et très bruyant donnant sur un axe très emprunté. Literie pas très confortable et équipement cuisine sommaire. N’avons été dépannés de la wifi (clé 4G) + transats (inutilisables) qu’à la fin du 5 eme jour de location. L’annonce fait mention d’un stationnement attaché au logement, or, il s’agit d’un parking public pour lequel il faut prévoir un budget supplémentaire. En résumé, séjour à 3 pour lequel les prestations offertes ne sont pas au niveau du prix.
