Compliments to Juan at the front desk who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a comfortable room and even helped out with our luggage. Compliments to David, who was our waiter in the dining room he was very professional and friendly. Compliments to the chef for an amazing fresh tuna loin and to die for mashed potatoes which I don’t normally order as a side. Breakfast every day was tasty and fresh. Compliments to Paula at the front desk who assisted me and making sure that my phone was working. She was patient and kind. The owner should be very proud of his new hotel. Not only is the hotel first class, but the staff is even better.

Amazing refurbishment of an old favourite. I love what you have done to the hotel, it is clean, spacious and has the friendliest staff. The rooms are huge and we had a great view over the Parque Alameda. The rooftop bar and pool area are great. Breakfast was really good - lots of choice. Thank you - we had a great stay

Had a wonderful few days staying in this warm, friendly hotel. Location is perfect as beach few minutes away and behind us the beautiful old town. When we arrived Sara was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Although we arrived in the morning she arranged for us to have a room earlier and the use of shower on last day was so beneficial. Without her we wouldn’t have known you could get the boat to Puerto Banus which we thoroughly enjoyed and went at teatime for dinner and then got a taxi back. Just wish we could have stayed for longer ….. we will definitely come back. 😎

The employees all of them are fantastic very helpful very polite, especially especially Sarah and Diana at the front desk. They were amazing. The rooms were very spacious food fantastic And Tony at the restaurant on the rooftop. One of the best waiters loved the place will be back again.

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Friendly staff. Fabulous size of room although not much storage space and badly designed access to wardrobe. Good shower and large towels. Good air con system. Rooftop pool is not for swimming. Very small but satisfactory. Pool bar food not great.

Great stay in Marbella

Check in was quick and easy. Two ladies at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. Every morning staff greeted us with smile and a friendly conversation. Hotel is in the heart of old town, few minutes from so many restaurants and cute little shops.
