A €500 security deposit is required and must be paid online before arrival. The deposit is held during your stay for possible damage to the apartment, excessive noise that disturbs the building's neighbors, or excessive dirt left behind when the apartment is inspected. It is released upon checkout. Our office is located 5 to 15 minutes from our apartments; key collection takes place at our office. Check-in and registration are arranged online before arrival.

La fianza es una retención durante su estancia para posibles daños en el apartamento, exceso de ruido que perturbe a los vecinos del edificio o suciedad excesiva que dejen, cuando se revise la vivienda, y que se libera tras la salida. Nuestra oficina está entre 5 / 15 minutos de nuestros apartamentos: la recogida de llaves se realiza en nuestra oficina. El check-in y el registro se preparan on-line antes de la llegada.

Il est libéré au moment du départ. Notre bureau est situé à 5-15 minutes de nos appartements : la remise des clés s'effectue à notre bureau. L'enregistrement et l'inscription sont organisés en ligne avant l'arrivée.

Die Freigabe erfolgt bei der Abreise. Unser Büro liegt 5–15 Minuten von unseren Apartments entfernt: Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt in unserem Büro. Check-in und Registrierung werden vor der Ankunft online arrangiert.
