Discover this spectacular private estate located in the Olías area, where you can enjoy absolute tranquillity, spaciousness and unique views between the sea and the mountains, perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people.



Access to the estate reinforces its private character and natural surroundings. A road of approximately 1.6 km leads directly to the property and has some uneven sections, so the use of a vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended to ensure a comfortable and trouble-free arrival. It is also essential to have your own vehicle or a rental car during your stay, as taxi services do not usually serve the estate. Having a car will also allow you to comfortably explore Málaga city, its beaches and the numerous charming spots in the area.🚗🌿



The property is rented in its entirety and is distributed across two spaces: a main house with 3 bedrooms (6 people) and another restored area with 2 additional bedrooms (4 people), offering independence and comfort for all guests.



With 180 m² of interior space and over 400 m² of terraces and outdoor areas, this estate invites you to live outdoors. You can enjoy a private swimming pool, garden, barbecue, children's area with trampoline and hammocks, as well as multiple spaces to relax and share unforgettable moments.



Inside you'll find a welcoming atmosphere with a fireplace, air conditioning in the lounge and some bedrooms, electric heating, satellite wifi, Smart TV and fans in the bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort at any time of year. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for long stays or group bookings.



As an added value, the property has a private sauna (optional service with additional cost), perfect for completing a total relaxation experience.



Located just a few minutes from Olías and about 15-20 minutes from Málaga city centre and its beaches, you can combine nature, privacy and proximity to the city. The property also has parking within the property for several vehicles.
