WE HAD A RELAXING EXPERIENCE DURING OUR SHORT STAY HERE. MY HUSBAND LOVE THE ROOM AND THE VIEW SO MUCH.
We rented 2 2-bedroom apartments, all 4 toilets weren't working. Water heater in one of the bathrooms was broken. The bottom of a sink in one of the bathroom was detached, water leaked all over. Maintenance responded promptly. They supposed to change our room or to send someone to fix the heater but never heard back. We were expecting more from a 4-star hotel. We will not return. Not sure if this is Melaka or the hotel itself: yellowish tap water?? Good amenities.
