I overnight in this (ELMARK HOTEL MELAKA) for 2 nights. The second night was a nightmare to me. I'm so disappointed due to the electrical door lock spoilt, and i can't acess it. I have to wait more than 12 hours and there is no proper arrangements for me (my belongings are inside my room). The hotel staff told me about the master key with the hotel owner, and he is in another state now. I called the hotel owner, he didn't fix the issue on the spot..He asked me to wait him for another day to open the door... With his bad service, bad attitude and no responsibility, I am totally fed up for that. I went out to buy my personal belongings (included new clothes). They changed another room for me without lending me phone charger and so on. Facilities: No mineral water given. No proper parking for hotel customer. Tv and telephone are not functioning as well.
