It was an excellent stay. Best value for the price. It's about 15 minutes walk to Harrum. All kinds of shop are next to the hotel.

Nice clean rooms with coffee maker. The hotel is short distance from Haram. The King Fahad Extension project makes the walk longer than necessary but for the price it is well worth it.

Was a clean place it’s located about 25 min walk to al haram a few good places to eat around the hotel it’s a good safe place if you don’t mind walking it’s located in a neighborhood so there laundry stores souvenir shops it’s just nice to walk the neighborhood and enjoy makkah

Rude & Unhelpful reception staff

Arrived 3am and the receptionist entered the reservation number from the booking.com paper probably backwards and then for 10 mins kept insisting though an interpreter as he couldn't speak English that the booking was cancelled because we turned up late. He then said he couldn't find the booking and it didn't exist. Eventually after 10 mins he finally agreed to search for the booking by Surname which he had been refusing to do and then found it. Very unprofessional, unhelpful & rude.Room size was ok, we were only staying for a few hours to bridge the gap between our stay at the Sheraton. My bed mattress was like rock, couldn't sleep, chair in the room was broken, room was clean. probably a 15 min walk to haraam. Wouldn't stay there again due to staff rudeness.

Nice and cheap

Good cheap hotel a big away from haraam but they provide free golf cart ride to the Haraam and back every 15 min,rooms were good sized and if u are hungry there out 4 to 5 eating places right out side off the hotel I would definitely stay there again due to the cheap price
