Review based on description vs actual experience:
Location = 10/10 Room size = 7/10 Room clealliness = 8/10 Toilet size = 6/10 Toilet cleanliness = 1/10 Wifi signals = 2/10 Staff friendlyness = 2/10….
Being close to Masjid Ul Haram was good and rooms were cleaned with decent size given the price.
Bedroom windows had no sound proofing whatsoever if felt like we’re sleeping at the bus stop, staff was very rude, Toilets had very bad smell even after getting it cleaned we were unable to consume one of the bathrooms/toilet we purchased fragrance ourselves to be able to use the toilet but failed, hot water service didn’t work and staff didn’t even bother to get it fixed, guests from next door cooked Chinese food in the corridors that spread the smell and smoke in our apartment.

No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. the staff member were extremely rude. it took the staff members five hours to get a towels and toilet paper. also they were doing construction on the floor above us around 12AM we could not sleep.
