Situated in one of the most sought-out upcountry neighborhoods, this property is situated in lower Kula on a small 2-acre family farm/fruit orchard. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets can be viewed outside on the private open back lanai and/or out on the spacious 18'x20' Trex deck under the covered gazebo. One can enjoy views of Haleakala, Maui’s Central Valley, and West Maui mountains. Far away from the noisy and touristy resorts, but yet less than 20 minutes to Spreckleville/Baby and Ho’okipa Beach Park, surfer and hippie Paia Town, 15 minutes to historic Makawao town, 20 minutes to Makawao Forest Reserve, 26 miles to Haleakala National Park, etc. This private ohana will help you feel at home while you're exploring all that Maui has to offer.
