Welcome to this modern holiday villa with a pool, perfect for relaxing holidays with friends and family, suitable for 6 to 8 people. The villa offers 3 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, terraces and a view.



On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which seamlessly flows into the open living room. Additionally, there is a washing machine and a guest toilet on the ground floor.



All rooms are air-conditioned and offer satellite TV and WiFi.



The outdoor area invites you to relax by the heated swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. A barbecue area and a covered seating area with a dining table provide the perfect setting for barbecue evenings and outdoor meals.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The villa is top notch. Modern, clean bedrooms, all with onsuites, comfortable double beds with tv. The ground floor has all the amenities in the kitchen with a large fridge with ice maker and cold filtered water. Nice dining table for six and a large tv living room area. The pool area has lots of loungers facing the sun for relaxing after a day at the beach. Couldn’t give it a higher rating! Absolutely perfect! The groundskeeper is right next door should you have any problems or questions. Safe gated complex so you never have to worry about anything. Also a large grocery store nearby that has everything you need. Wonderful and can’t wait to come back with my family.
