Modern apartment for 4 guests, with a 40 sqm large terrace and fantastic sea views.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers a wide view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac from the large terrace. The terrace also has a private hot tub, seating and sun loungers. A large awning provides shade.
The living area has a kitchen with a ceramic hob, crockery, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Satellite TV and WiFi are available free of charge, as is air conditioning in all rooms.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180x200cm and has sea views and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and also has sea views.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet, a hairdryer and a washing machine are available, as well as towels and bedding.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
On the ground floor of the house there is a communal room, the Konoba, equipped with a brick grill and seating area.

Schönen Ausblick aufs Meer aber...
Ein sehr schönes helles Appartement mit großer Terasse tollem Blick auf Makarska und Meer, wären da nicht die zwei Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von Dämmerung bis Dämmerung Baulärm, so dass die Terasse nicht wie gewünscht genutzt werden konnte.
