This house is a joy to behold, 15 minutes drive from Seville, so you can enjoy the city and the peace of the villa.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the perfect side pool when you return after a day sightseeing in Sevilla to swim and relax.
The house is beautifully decorated down to every detail and a perfect size for 6 people to have a great week away.
If you are thinking of visiting Seville but you like the quiet, then this is your place.

The house is in a quiet urbanization, one kilometer from Mairena del Alcor, surrounded by orange and palm trees, camouflaged among many different species of plants, through the gardens we also have hundreds of large and small cacti.
It has a swimming pool surrounded by grass with comfortable steps for access, with night light to enjoy the bath also on summer nights.
It has three bedrooms with double beds of 1.50 and in one of them a private full bathroom and another bathroom between the other rooms, living room with chaise long sofa and plasma television, the kitchen also with a large table Wooden and chairs, equipped and with everything you need.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Tranquil villa with beautiful garden

Being a party of 4 adults we enjoyed the tranquility of the villa with its beautiful garden and wonderful pool. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and were contactable via Wattsapp. Sevilla was accessible by car or a bus journey from the local town just a few miles away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Luisa. Muchas Gracias!

Charming villa with interesting garden and great pool

The house is in a quiet location, very comfortable with a good layout, and is also well equipped. The garden is interesting with lots of cacti and succulents, and the pool is just great. The nearby town offers great restaurants and good food shopping. Access to Seville is easy, with a short drive to park by one of the stations on the metro. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on all such aspects.

The photos don’t do it justice…

The property sits on a private development behind a gated complex - which added security when staying in a country you don’t know. From entering the garden from the road, words cannot do justice to the beauty that awaits! Clearly cultivated over a long period to be so well-established, the garden is beautiful. And when we arrived in April, the orange trees were still in bloom and the smells when sat in the garden - were something else! The garden is landscaped to provide different seating areas - giving incredible views/shade and places to sit and enjoy dinner. The house itself is stunning - rustic chic! A true and traditional taste of Spanish living. What makes it even more beautiful is its history and knowing how the owner developed the property. EVERYTHING you need is there. We had a car to enable us to sight-see and visited Cádiz and Gibraltar - which were a couple of hours drive but definitely fun to do! We visited during Semana Santa (Easter) and Seville was a buzz with people and places to visit with spectacles a plenty! When the Easter period ended, we enjoyed sight seeing - Seville didn’t disappoint. We have 23 month old twins, so having a property to ourselves was important and they absolutely loved it!

Lovely villa convenient for visiting seville

Villa was very conveniently situated for both Seville and the airport. Owner David extremely nice and welcoming. Pool and gardens immaculate and lovely in size. Very private and unoverlooked in a secure gated estate. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Would recommend this property for sure. We had a great time here.

This property is in a gated community, we had to sneak in behind another car to get to the house. The host should have met us at the gate or another location and lead us into the property. The house is Not really 15 minutes from Seville. It is 15 minutes from the City Limit and 37 minutes to the Plaza Espania or the City Center. We enjoyed staying at the house and picking fresh Lemons and Oranges ( in April ). Its not warm enough to swim in April. It was quiet, safe and secure.

Tranquil Oasis

The garden is beautiful as shown in the pictures. The pool was excellent and carefully maintained by David the owner. The property was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The Wi-fi was excellent with sufficient speed for all our needs including streaming. We hired some bikes from Sevilla and found off road tracks we could access directly from the villa. We had a superb relaxing holiday.

Simply Beautiful

Wonderful accommodation with the most fantastic pool and garden area . Easy to travel to Seville or visit the many beautiful towns around the area. Will definitely go back sooner than later....

Brilliant

We had a great time here, which is every bit as lovely as it looks. The pool and gardens are perfect for the summer heat, and the house is cool and well equipped. The location is excellent - just a short drive from Seville and the airport. David, the owner, could not have been more helpful as a host. We are a family of 5, with kids of 13 ,8 and 6, who all had a great time and want to come back next year!

We were very pleased with our villa and holiday home. The gardens and pool are beautifully maintained, with lovely seating areas and we spent most of our holiday sat outside, relaxing in this wonderfully private space. The interior was equally well designed, furnished and perfect for our needs as a family of five adults. We were aware that the location was outside of Seville, and for us a car was really essential. It’s an easy, short drive to the airport, the nearest supermarket and the beautiful city of Seville. David was a great host, he helped with advice and preparing our visit and was waiting for us even for a late night arrival. Overall, highly recommended and I suspect we will be back.

Belle maison décorée avec gout.Toutes les ouvertures sont équipées de moustiquaire ce qui permet de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Séjour et maison très agréables. La maison est jolie, fonctionnelle et confortable. Le jardin est magnifique. David est très réactif, la communication très fluide. Merci. Cependant quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées : - faire un book de présentation de la maison et de la résidence, des services de proximité, des activités, des producteurs locaux, marchés,... (en différentes langues) - améliorer l'éclairage extérieur (piscine) - ajouter un grille-pain - augmenter la puissance du compteur électrique - laisser un peu plus de place dans la cuisine pour ranger nos affaires Merci pour ce beau séjour David

A lovely oasis

We stayed 2 weeks celebrating our silver jubilee marriage. The initial ad met our expectations (calm surroundings, private swimming pool, house in good shape, great weather) but the experience was even better. The garden is actually more delightful than in the pictures, with palm trees, cactuses, swallows, doves and blackbirds. David and Manuel was very nice, down to earth and easy to communicate with in every aspect of our stay. The urbanisation is located in a rural area but still only a 5 minute drive from Mairena del Alcor where the restaurants and food stores are. We recommend it!

Stupenda vivienda ! Mejor que las fotos!

Munchas Gracias a David y Manuel son muy amable con munchas atencion. Amos tenido de su parte munchos consejo para visitar Sevilla. La casa es preciosa y muy limpia y el entorno increible con manifico arboles y floras y muy bien mantenido! La picina es grande y muy limpia. De seguro volveremos!

Un séjour parfait sous le soleil andalou !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette charmante villa au calme et non loin de la belle ville de Séville. David est un hôte très sympathique, bienveillant et prévenant. La maison et le jardin exotique invitent au dépaysement. Les lits sont confortables et tout a été bien pensé pour que les convives soient heureux ! Sans oublier la propreté des lieux qui est impeccable. La piscine est bien sûr la cerise sur le gâteau. A recommander fortement. Merci David, merci Manuel !!

Prachtig huis in de buurt van Sevilla centrum.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en hij leidde ons rond door het huis. Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien, was mooi ingericht en erg schoon. We hebben genoten van het grote , overdekte terras en het zwembad. De bedden waren prima en er zijn 2 badkamers. Alles was piekfijn in orde.
